I was skeptical about the artist change at first, but now I vastly prefer the new art.

I'm liking the rewrite so far. It's been awhile since I played, so I might be misremembering, or imagining some of the changes I'm noticing.
I just got to the part where Catherine catches MC with Naomi. I think her anger with the situation is far-better explained and justified than in the original. In the original she was super-authoritarian about the situation, too. The MC's supposed to be an adult (even though, to be honest, he doesn't look it,) but her reaction to the situation was more like he's a minor still in high school--and I get that he's still living under her roof, but it was really controlling just the same. But, so far, there isn't a hint of that from her this time around.
I also think that Sarah doesn't nearly come off as much of a spoiled jerk as she once did. She's not exactly sunshine and rainbows, but it's not that bad, and I can kinda get that she's just frustrated with what she feels like is favoritism toward MC from her mom..
I also could have sworn that there was a dream sequence where MC fucks Heather, and it annoyed me that this was only a dream sequence, but now it appears that's been done away with, and what we get is the actual event itself. This is one of those things I could be misremembering, though. I also think I remember Heather coming off as more manipulative rather than actually interested in MC, and this time around she actually comes off as interested, which I much prefer.
The new animated scenes are a real treat, especially with bodies like these (and I've always been a fan of the ladies' boobs in this VN)

I have two saves: one for Lina with white skin and the other for black skin. I started with the white one first in the latest version, but when later I play the black skin save, Lina turns white.

Ok, I liked Prince of Suburbia from the start, it was one of the few games that I understood and enjoyed the rewrite, but jesus fucking christ this update, The art were already good and the animations smooth but right now they are problably one of the best that I've seen on h-games!!! Congratulations Omega and team, the story is believable (As far as incest porn games go), and for the period between 0.6 and 0.7 the amount of content is awesome!!
Can't wait to see what the future holds, keep up the amazing work!

Closer to the end (and maybe even to the half of the progress) this games has just fantastic Catherine model. I blame myself for not playing this gem earlier.

Dude the new art is so fucking good. I haven't played since the rewrite and was expecting maybe 2 or 3 scenes. There's a ton now. I'm trying to stay positive after that blue balls of an ending. The writing and the new art have elevated the game enough to make me genuinely mad. Congrats!

On the other hand, I really love the slow but steady progression and dialogue between the MC and mom. This feels like actual satisfying development and payoff instead of some games where its either straight to boning or hitting a brick way of milking content releases with no progression and then suddenly fucking.

After seeing enough of the new art and animation, I can definitely say it has more than a little korean webtoon style to it, whilst staying very close to Scarlet Ann.
That's not a negative at all, I'm impressed how close to the original design this game is. It would definitely make sense to go back and update the art eventually, but the new stuff is really good and the mid to late game is where the payoff is best. Pushing forward is the right choice, fixing the early game towards the end makes most sense.
By the way, curious if this is using Live2D or another process to animate the scenes? It's really smooth and well done, if that's Live2D then that's really impressive use of it.

Finally ran into something that I liked in the original better than in the rewrite.
To start with, I spoke too soon about Heather. I liked that she wanted the MC at first. But, later, she absolutely doesn't, which is a huge turn-off for me. Also, her "revenge" is both wildly unwarranted, and extremely horrible. She's a monster.
I also thought the sex scene between Sarah and MC was better in the original, and the new animation doesn't save the new version. In the original, Sarah indicated that she suspected that the mystery man was MC, which I much, much prefer over the idea that she one hundred percent, all the way, just thinks she's fucking a random dude. I was also more into the doggystyle position than I was the cowgirl one. The change basically ruined my favorite part about the game.
But preferences are like assholes, everyone has one. I'm sure a lot of other people like the changes.
Edit: Oh yeah. It gets even worse with Sarah. In the original, even though the sex scene was basically the last thing that happened with her, I got the impression that she wasn't going to be such a brat anymore, and that she was full on-board with "Ok so apparently I want to fuck MC now." They were pretty nice to each other.
"Fuck off"? I don't think so. What a real let down. Also I could have sworn there was more action with the aunt and the cousin in the original, but I could be imagining that.
Another Edit: Also I recall the aunt being willing to share. I think she even encouraged it, but I could be wrong. Now she's just. . . ugh she's so annoying.
Edit again. Just got to the part where Fiona introduces MC to Samantha. I think I'm going to like her. A lot.
Edit once more: Aww . . . I really like Fiona, too. Almost said Rinoa for some reason. lol.
Edit again: Oh wow, I REALLY like Fiona. Complete opposite of her mom. Her mom is completely delusional. Fiona is unassuming, actually comes off like she cares what the MC thinks.
Edit: "Straight to the kitchen, or check the bathroom first?" Well gee, I don't know. Every time you asks that, I think I might unlock the special secret ending by not checking the bathroom!

Me: No. Get to the fucking bathroom, you goddamn idiot.
Edit: MC: "I'm fucking for a greater cause . . . at least that's what I'll keep telling myself." . . . like mother, like son.
