It's in development. The next version of this game is gonna be a pregnancy DLC.
Anyone with the basement bug just needs to make a new game. There is a jump off point for the new content.
Still a lot of old art. I had hope they at least revisit all Sarah scenes at this point, but seeing new Cat scenes is cool anyway.

Oh man please make the text white with black outlines. I can't play with the dialog opacity all the way down anymore because the black text just blends in with the blackness. White text would also be too bright so white txt + black outlines text please.

Are you talking about the black text with white outlines that you can do in the Preferences menu?
Well scarlet was the previous artist the end credit will share you the name of the new artist.
Does the game now have two different parts or contains part 2 also part 1? If there is a part 1 it should be the 0.8 game version, correct?
Yeah weird they have the game as complete but a lot of the old ugly art remains
