World map movement seems to be broken now. You'll get randomly stuck in nothing. To get unstuck, swap characters.

So is Bab's hut broken now? Every animation transformation I choose says "Here I go" and then nothing happens.

Works fine. You can try decrypting/extracting the Game.rgss3a archive with eg. RPGMakerDecrypter. Place the folders that come out of it in the game folder and delete or rename the original Game.rgss3a so that the game uses the extracted files.

E: nvm, noticed the patch that was posted and that I already had applied fixes the gallery. Still, better to have the game files extracted.

it said 16.19 at first, but the changelog says its changed to 16.20. couldnt find it in the gallery either

Old shenanigans While the history is buried in the forums the short version is a lot of the earlier animations are being re-worked so they don't conflict with another game

Use the Cheat Crystal on the Northern World Map. Doing so disables Achievements which are random popups that say things like You got Swirlies, oh you got more Swirlies, you won a battle, etc... It's cute but this game has a problem with random popups interrupting the game. Which is also a reason not to carry eggs around on quests.

In the main game directory is there a "Saves" folder? If not make one and see if that fixes it. Towerfag didn't bother adding error checking code to see if this actually exist.

Did you put the game in a System Protected Area like Program Files? If so try moving it's location and see if that resolves the problem.

If those failed try extracting the game again.

Check if your download got corrupted
