its funny how I havent played this game 2 years, and when last build came out I thought huuh I will check it out in the next build but apparently it is never happening now

There's no official post from Towerfag that the team has lost the lawsuit and the game must get removed now from Patreon. Obviously he can't talk freely about how things are, this is a common thing...
We can wait or we can forget about the game but it's too early to say it will never happen.

Watching updates on twitter and/or website and not beeing able to play it, is constant torture.
If the court case has ruled than it will be public of the ruling. I did find the name of the creator of tower fag a few months back. That was over the summer. He had 2 different cases involving the game.

Yes, he won the first one and afaik the hostile side doesn't have much better arguments than last time. Luckily you can come up with all sort of shit to delay the whole thing even if your case is a mess and the lawyer should be ashamed to do that job. X3

I've always been clear, the game isn't in any danger of being canceled or anything like that, I would have already moved onto something else otherwise.
