I download the game and try to apply the patch but it pop up an error and the game doesn't run, if I remove the patch the game run fine, what can I do to apply the patch the rigth way or I play with our the patch?

So? Patrons don't get charged while the page is under review and you will survive it too. Blame the people who thought they need a bigger wiener by doing stupid crap that triggered the events on Patreon.

May i ask who added the status "on hold" and why? The games dev work every single day on the game, it's just a matter of two people that need to solve things before the next release is possible.

I think it's only fair since, according to the latest version and the date in the OP, the game hasn't been updated from April. You can say what you want, that the devs are working on it while waiting for their pages to go back up (and resolve all of the "boring stuff" in real), but in the meantime it's only fair putting that tag. When they will released the new version then you can tag someone to come and modify the tag.
And by the way, no, I wasn't the one who put the tag.

As i said before, they try to enrage the patrons for longer waiting times cuz releasing the build while a lawsuit is active is suicide, cut the main support from patreon (already workes, no pledges go through while the under review status is active) and put Towerfag into a bad light overall.

I do really wanna play this game since last time before mimic update... But it's been a rollercoaster of emotions in terms of wanting to wait for more content and not wanting to be left hanging wanting more... Should I play it in the state it is right now?
