Yes, you don't even have to close the game just make the Folder and the next time the game tries to access it things will be fine

I asked about this like a month ago and got no helpback when it was version 17.2. obviously i figured it out but it was 3 days of trial and error. Am i hated? T_T

From reading the fan wiki, there are a lot of quest incomplete. considered most of them like templates like the Windigo princess. Some are partially complete and if memory serves me right, Cat princess was also an incomplete quest.

But when in doubt and determined enough you can always check the fan wiki (not to be confused with the official wiki which can explain the mechanics to great detail).

No my poor little lost lamb... I just see many messages on many threads and sometimes I don't see them all or they tend to blur after a few repeats.

Towerfag introduced that bug sometime around v0.16.18 and the fix is very simple.
In Script DataManager right where he altered the Lines to use "Saves" add this little bit of code right above it

Dir.mkdir("Saves") unless Dir.exists?("Saves")

Whats that do? It checks if there is a directory to write to before trying to write to it... There are a lot of bugs in game that would be fixed if a small bit of error code was added however like the movie Groundhog Day I'm sure I'll see another post about this as for some reason some file archiver programs either don't worry about empty folders, people subconsciously remove the 'Saves' folder as they don't want to overwrite their own saves, or Towerfag secretly gets off on some of these simple bugs.

the problem is that in the last update, the cat princess route was updated and finalized. But it seems the wiki has not yet been updated, and there is nothing on her route yet. So I can't find anything about this mission.

Just ignore. I found the route in the wiki, its just not linked with the cat princess

I guess if you report it then a kind mod might leave a note in Installation about making sure that Folder exist. Since the archive does have a "Saves" Folder with nothing in it the basic instructions should be enough. But that assumes people read the instructions and there are still those that ask about VX Ace RTP (Run Time Package)...

If you actually want that fixed so other users get a better experience you could message Towerfag if you're one of his subscribers/patrons (or hope that someone who is does). It's been awhile since he was last seen here on Dec 31, 2019.

Too much work. It was simple curiosity question. Was just wondering if something could be done than to actually do something about. Admittedly i was asking for the next guy who could have problems but in all honesty it no longer affects me so for the most part i don't care. Is it douchey? yes.

In the tunnel between where Crystal Princess is and the exit to the north there's a rock on the right side you can break in the blackness where you cant see the knight and there's another exit there that leads to the chest in the unreachable location you saw before jumping in the pit. Honestly though it really is fucked up that the way out is technically a secret and should have been changed long ago. There really is no reason to hide the literal only way out of the kingdom below.

She asks for the 3 digits from the flow-rdr, but everywhere I've tried it I've gotten more than 3 digits; usually like 7-9

Yeah; chapel is the first place I went. I tried using it there in several different spots to no avail; the first time I used it my character reminded me she asked for three digits and wondered aloud what would happen it was used it again.

Ok I tried the "185" code and it worked, so it might be that the code is static depending on the location.

Just went through the Quest to see what it actually does. It generates a random string of numbers and places the Map ID in the middle. Since this is the only static number if you use it multiple times it should stand out but that means looking at random numbers multiple times That nutter sure loves his rng shenanigans
