While I consider this to have enough features and quality of a good game, I'm also slightly conflicted because all of the porn here (besides 3 animations with your soldiers/spirits) is "Game Over Rape" and defeat animations. This is a nice hidden gem either way, but definitely be aware of this fact. Make sure to get the manual translation posted in the forum thread before playing though, as the normal download is just auto translated.

You play as Princess Knight Eltrise, and the tl;dr is you lead your elven kingdom and Orcs attack, so you go beat them up and it continues with stuff about her Advisor and her sister. It's a shorter game on the 2-3 hour side and since the game is divided into 7 major areas with 3 levels each, there isn't a whole lot of time to tell a compelling story. Still, I think it does a good job and I appreciated how they did the normal ending.

    ---
Gameplay wise I found it a lot more fun than I initially expected. You move around a 2D plane with a crystal on the left to protect, and enemies from the right spawning from their own crystals. Instead of just stationary tower defence, you are a central force in the combat using your own basic attack and dash ability, with the option to add soldiers or spirits into your loadout who will either spawn when you choose or automatically.

Beating (or losing) a level will give currency to upgrade Eltrise or your minions, and beating certain levels will unlock more skills or soldiers/spirits to add to the loadout. Since your skills are also tied to the loadout, you have to balance how many skills you can use as Eltrise versus what soldiers and spirits are summoned into combat. You can also get titles which provide stat bonuses when you equip them, but there aren't that many and a bunch are just "increases corruption gain". Still, you can use these to ever so slightly fine tune your build focus.

While the combat itself is simple and Eltrise will not shut the fuck up (SAH SIH SOKO), I enjoyed figuring out what skills worked best and how many soldiers I needed to keep the enemies at bay. My favorite is definitely the Shield Boys, especially upgraded where they gain up to 50% damage reduction and just tank the entire front line while you wait for your skills to recover. Even with good summons though a lot of enemies have attacks that "cleave" through and thus you'll still take damage hiding behind them which can get slightly annoying.

Attacking can also be a bit reptitive since you need to use your basic attack a lot, and most of the powerful skills have long cooldowns (up to 60 seconds). The core attack animation is the same 3 hits over and over which is unfortunate since there was definitely room to add different weapon types for Eltrise.

I played the majority of the game on Normal Difficulty, and only had trouble a couple times with two level fails unintentionally. Beating the game unlocks four "EX" levels which are actually pretty brutal even on normal and I needed the save with everything maxed to get through all of them

    ---

The hentai this game provides is split into two categories: The animated CGs you get for game over in each level, and the mid-game animations when you are knocked down at 0 health and the enemies rape/abuse you from which you can recover up to 2 times before game over occurs.

For the CGs, they are definitely pretty great since they are animated which is not common compared to the many RPG Maker games that use static images. However, there are only 7 major cgs here with 3 variations each depending on if you've seen the previous and your corruption level (total of 21, plus some "omakes")

Each CG is voiced and well animated, and they try to cover different ground despite all being game over rape. For example, one series focuses on Mind Control while another has Tentacles. There is a single cg with pregnancy which is not really enough for me but hey it's there I guess. My favorite is probably the 3rd variation of Scene 7, but no spoilers. The progression from variation 1 to 3 is nice too, since as you would expect from any "corruption" system by the third scene she is getting into it and such.

For the animations, each one is tied to a specific enemy and if they are next to you when you are knocked down or afflicted with lust. There are quite a lot of enemy types so theres quite a lot to find if you want to go hunting for them during gameplay. Eltrise's corruption (gained from losing and being knocked down) does slightly change her expression during the animations but didn't notice any unique animations because of this.

Also your soldiers can get raped too, specifically the Succubus enemies will steal one of your male soldiers and fuck them while one variant of the Hornet enemies can attack your spirits. The female Elf Saber unit can also get raped by humans or orcs when they are defeated, so there's at least some animations not specifically tied to you losing.

    ---

While the quality is there, I'm not a fan of exclusively Game Over/Loss rape. You can get some of the animations during combat and still win the level, but unless you intentionally play on Very Hard just to lose constantly then it can be very easy to see barely any porn if you decide to just play the game normally

I guess just be fully aware that you will have to lose a bunch to fully enjoy everything this game has to offer, and maybe play on Hard or Very Hard if you don't want to just throw yourself into the enemies for fun.

The other negative for me was that for some reason midway through the game, there is a giant metal spider robot that appears with absolutely no explaination or story tied to it. Not sure if it was added just for fun or if I missed something, but it was definitely a bit of a disconnect from the fantasy world.

Overall though this is a nice change of pace from the usual RPGMaker games and it does try to be an engaging tower defence/side scroller hybrid, plus the use of Live2D to create animated cgs works well in its favor. For a 2-3 hour game it definitely does more than it needs to and while some might not enjoy the janky attack animations, I think this game is definitely at least a good time waster.

    Hentai - 5/5

Art quality is superb. Animation is maybe a bit stiff, but only on the in-game H animation. CG animations all looks great. The voice performance is well done. The scenarios cover a lot of kinks as well. Mind break, DP, hypnotism, tentacles, pregnancy etc. The list goes on. Some of the nuances of the scenes may be lost if you've only played with the MTL, but thankfully there's a manual TL that you can use now. it's just that, ah...
cough cough sorry if it's a bit shitty

    Gameplay - 5/5

A fun little game of tower defense, reminiscent of those Flash games of the past (Paladog, anyone?). You summon mobile soldiers and stationary spirits (which are functionally the towers of this game) to battle waves of enemies. But in addition, you also get to control a commander character, namely the princess knight. The princess is pretty powerful compared to the average mook. Armed with various offensive/support skills, you can really wreak some havoc with her. But playing her aggressively is not without risk, as the battle is lost should she get downed three times. Play her too passively however, and you will see your own units obliterated by the enemies' superior number, especially on the harder difficulties. So it's a balancing act of picking the right units, skills, and spirits to battle. But also the timing and positioning of when you use them. It's surprisingly nuanced for an H game.

Story is decent. Simple but it works, and doesn't overstay its welcome. There are two endings that you can get, based on the princess' corruption level when you beat the final stage. "Pure" ending if corruption is <70%. "Slut" ending otherwise. But thankfully, getting either ending will unlock a way to edit her corruption amount right from the status screen. So there's no need to worry about keeping her corruption level low just to get the Pure ending.

Honestly aside from some janky combat animations, plus the bad mixing and repetition of the princess' "action voices" (sah sih soko x 9999), there's little to complain about here. Great stuff all around

Hey, the gameplay mechanic is actually pretty unique, its a mix between a 2D side scroller beat em up and tower defense, so props to the author for trying something interesting and the gameplay is pretty interesting, even if it gets stale quickly.
The sex scenes are top notch, this game has been placed in good hands of animator and an artists.
The worst thing about this is that its machine translated, but not any MTL, an autotranslator, even fucking worse then normal MTL. So, although i wish to tell you the story, i cant, because im not going through the cock and ball torture of auto MTL .

Princess Defender is a hard game to rate. On one hand, I felt that there wasn't enough H-Content in the game and some of the scenes were pretty meh - worsened by the MTL translation - and the gameplay sorely taxed my patience. But on the other hand, the tower defence type of game that relies somewhat on strategy is appealing to me and in a sea of same-y H-Games, Princess Defender does stand out a bit.

The gameplay is straightforward. You get spawned at the left and have to push right with your army, taking over towers crystals which become the new spawn point until you take over the rightmost crystal. It sounds appealing but the biggest problem here is that he player character literally has one move. She swings her sword and exclaims something-or-the-other very loudly. Again. And again. And again. Sure, there are a few key skills with a timeout, but they aren't used as often. Your soldiers can be auto-spawned (and it is a bit of a cheat to use that, which I did) but if they die, there's a small timer until they respawn again. You can purchase upgrades which increases the numbers and powers of your army and also increase your own skillset. There's a variety of soldiers to choose from and you can create your own playstyle. Fairly enjoyable. There are also titles you get after defeating a number of enemies, spawning a number of soldiers and so on which help you out with buffs during the gameplay. This is all well and good but the gameplay loop is very repetitive and can get tiresome quickly. There isn't any variety to what your monkey brain is doing and so it doesn't feel as entertained. It's always spawn, spam z to attack enemies, move forward. Bit annoying.

The art, it is said, is the main attraction here. I found it a bit too limited. There are only four GOR base scenes, each with three variations depending on how lustful your character is at that point. You have to lose thrice at each level to unlock it. I like GOR when it's executed alongside something more substantial and when there's enough variety but there isn't any here. The scenes are animated exquisitely, which is a plus, but the MTL takes away all contextual enjoyment so it's just awkwardly angled scenes at some points. During the game, you get animated sprite sex scenes as well, similar to the likes of koonsoft and Parasite in City and other ACT games. These are, however, of a much better quality. There's also a variety of enemy types to get railed by.

So the game does have its positives but the gameplay loop left a lot to be desired. I think if there was a proper translation, the game would be far more enjoyable since I'd know what the fuck was going on. I'd also prefer more content but given the quality of these animations, can't expect too much. A satisfactory game, if not the greatest.

    Played this before translation-
    1. Integrated animations are nice
    2. System responds to state of the princess and some options appear depending on that- so not bad in-terms of depth, & replay-ability
    3. Fairly straight forward game play and if you want to, you can grind to your hearts content
Not sure if it's stronger to upgrade her or her army. I found at the higher levels the units are kinda weak and upgrading the princess worked best.

Art is good (for its age), gameplay isn't super hard, although the thing she says when swinging her sword is really really repetitive. Saw the title on the update feed and immeadiately heard the distinctive "Yah-sink-soka". Was fun!
