Again missing the point. How does that fix the grind issue? In the first place those perks work on something that didn't even exist previously, and you still can't craft stuff in bundles and will probably gonna have to kill a bazillion monsters to get the ingredients, except this time you have to watch so you don't run out of stamina.
I read some user itt saying you learned a lot from the first game and I thought he was talking about this. I was unpleasantly surprised when I found out that was not the case.
No worries, I understand you, you're just not enjoying the grind, and that’s okay. But if it’s not your thing, there’s no need to keep complaining about it. You don't need to play this game if you don't like it. Some players enjoy hard work, earning their progress: gaining stats, improving stamina, and unlocking perks that gradually reduce the grind. Some don't.
I didn’t really set out to make the game less grindy. I wanted to fix the core problems of Game 1 and if not being able to craft cakes in bulk was a major issue for you, then, sorry, but that wasn’t the real problem at all.
So, to explain:
Time can now be advanced without doing any tasks. You’re no longer forced to bake cakes every day (one per day, always fresh, ofc) just to move time forward. You can sleep or pass time almost anywhere, right away. That’s something most players appreciate and give positive feedback on, which, for some reason, makes you unpleasant. And that’s fine, I can understand that, if you disagree with some fans, you can share your thoughts, mention that once, but there is no need to keep pushing like this, over and over, it isn’t healthy for you, and it won't help anyone in the community who are here to enjoy this game.
As for crafting, I don’t know what exactly you’re trying to mass-produce in game 2, but there’s really no need. Most items only need to be crafted once. You mentioned that in Game 1, your issue was not being able to mass-produce cakes, but in Game 2, that task isn’t even required anymore. So sure, it might be nice to bulk craft food or potions from the start, but that definitely won’t be possible. There are Tier 4 perks that let you craft instantly, but at this stage of the game, it’s not only unnecessary, but the goblin unfortunately doesn’t have a magic gift to cook five chickens at once.
If none of this helps clarify things, then maybe I did miss your point. But if you think certain mechanics are unnecessary or not to your liking, that’s unfortunate I still want them in my game. If you have a constructive idea to improve or refine something, I’ll gladly read it and consider it if it brings value. But if there’s nothing meaningful to contribute, I don’t think I can help you and I can’t promise I’ll be reading or responding to your messages again.
