Is there a version for newer Android?

No. On Akabur's itch.io page, after Android 14 dropped, he said " Yeah, I don't know what to tell you. Sadly, I don't have the resources to constantly update all my games as soon as Android rolls out another downgrade." I mean, he's not wrong, having to update past works constantly to work on stupid arbitrary forced obsolescence because of software updates would consume 100% of any artist's time.

I have the console commands working but the game isn't recognizing any of the cheats. Is putting 'gold': X with X being the amount of gold not what I'm supposed to do?

I read that walkthrough but it doesn't specify how to. Like where do I even get option to send her drunk.

Do you have the option to give her drinks?
If so I think you have to do that, and then have sex with her? I really can't remember, try interacting with her after and see how it goes.
And it has to be 7 consecutive days.

I figured it out. Complete Lola's second training session. Then have sex with her once. Now you will get option to buy wine from tavern in morning.

you have to get a signed letter from his uncle (fruit stall guy) and then show to the brothel owner.
After some story with iris's father, you can then place iris in brothel.

Did anyone get 'the early bird' challenge? I just started this game and I figured it'd usefull to beat those to avoid grind as much as possible.

for early bird just keep hitting button in right corner then call it a day without doing nothing till the challenge complete

This doesn't work for me. I tried a new game with wiped saves and persistent both in appdata\roaming and in the game folder with the same result. I mean the '0 out ???' count is still at 0.

Update: it works at some point, not form the beginning

how do i do quest 5? i didn't realized it requires me to complete quest 11 first so i raised iris affection after quest 4, now that i completed quest 11 the quest 5 still didn't appear in the tavern, did i fucked?
