My goal is to have a true disparity between the schoolgirls/boys that are in the "light" and the rest of the Academy that are in the "dark". And when I mean "dark", it's really dark. So it's fine if you don't want to see it. It's even good that you don't want to see that.
Honestly, I almost want to bait people with a very cute and standard porn intro game, like you are the MC, you are a "good" guy that will earn the love of everyone, help them cross the road, save their shop, protect her from the bad guys and fuck left and right. Only in the middle to realize what you've done. And see the end result and be displeased by your own actions. However, it doesn't work when you publish an update every month
But there will be at least 1 "Good Path".

I managed to make the Android version work. But honestly, I think it will be the last time before christmas and I upgrade my PC. The Ren'py Maker took 95% of my memory to produce it. My computer is not strong enough. Otherwise, the process crash and it fail. Process_Explorer.exe blacked out 2 times during it
As for the result, there is a "Test" for Phone and Tablet, I checked, the game works and such, but the result is not that good looking. But at least I know how to produce it so it's good.

The rapes, slavery, violence, sex with dead corps, and stuff similar turn me off. Some of them, like rape or slavery or sex with dead corps, even if you don't see it, the fact to know that happens is enogh to disgusting me. And, If a character that I have a romantic relationship, created during the game, dead without I can avoid it, I delete the game. (for example this happens in the Acting Lessons game and at now I don't know how the game ends, and I think it was very close to the end) If this happen I don't have interest in see the end of the game.
I don't like dark games, I can start the game, but after the point where all dark things start, it's posible that I'm not going to move on, I have experience in other games that do similar things (but I think that they are usually less dark than you say) and I remove some of the games after the dark part begins.
In other hand, I skip all scenes with lesbian, or sex scenes without the MC (voyerism), or BDSM, I don't have interest in see this scenes. I'm not against this scenes, if I have the posibly to not see it or skip.

Well, it's that or "generic random school porn game". Which is fine, only I don't care at this point whether people will like it or not. I also will most likely begin to add warnings in-game the moment I gain the attention of the Chaos Undivided.
But don't worry, no portal will lead to the Warp, and rats of the size of a man are just legends. However, I may summon the Everchosen in the end.

I'm not going to lie, I never anticipated people talking about 40k in relation to a VN in any way. I mean as far as fictional universes go I can't think of anything less arousing than 40k lol

Well, I was mainly talking about Fantasy, but 40K is fucking hot compared to the Old World (probably because you have 1000x more choices and there has to be something good in that). Just bring a Keeper of Secret or two and you got an orgy considering the number of sexual organs. You can also keep your Eldar girlfriend as long as the Inquisition doesn't look too close.
On the other hand, besides the Dark Elves and Morathi that want to fuck her son, you don't have that much choice before Archaon arrives.

The dark path is very dark.
When rape and fucking corpses are the norm on that path I can't think of any other subject material that gets as dark as quickly.
According to the dev it will have a lighter path but the grim dark is there.
Normally I hate this shit but I need to see how far down the rabbit hole it goes.

This happens surprisingly often but I seriously forget that the Fantasy version exists.
I don't mean any offense by this but, did you write the dialogue/narration in game? Because at times it can be hard to decipher while your posts on here are perfectly fine.
Yeah I saw the tags and mention of that content in other posts and I feel the same. It isn't something I'm actually interested in but there's a certain morbid curiosity. Part of it is just because I can't even imagine what anything like that would be like in Honey Select.

Ok, I have to deny one accusation. The fucking corpse part. It will not be shown. The rest is free real estate on the other hand. Also, I have literally no ASSET for anything related to body parts. No viscera, no organs, no cut arms. No hard traces of burning or deep scars either. The best I have is that weird dirt paint, but it's not enough. I also tried to create a hole in the cheek, but it was not possible, skin always appears and makes a mess of everything.
Well, you see my goal is to have the first two weeks progressively introducing the entire cast (minus 3 people). That's why each day, you see 2-3 new guys/girl appearing. Also, all the scenes at the academy are told by Ishiko Yamashita during the lesson, that's why it only display the "interesting parts". Could be better, I agree. But my project is huge, I intend to have like 30 updates at least. The first 10 to wrap up the first two weeks and the "outcome ". The rest, well, it's still in progress. However, I can say that the last 2 updates are entirely done and even wrote down (except the ren'py code). The endingS are set, I only have to work on making the journey pleasant, or at the very least, logical and smooth.
I don't exempt myself from re-writing what I consider the prologue later if it makes more sense or I find a better way to tell it.

tbh - I am just confused and dont really understand what is going on. Most of the game makes no sense and the chars just ramble a lot. There are some fun scenes where I had to giggel but beside that I cant see anything special.

I guess the game hasn't really taken off yet but I'm looking forward to the update whenever it may arrive and good holidays when it's time for that ^^
