Was thinking the same thing. Not as ambitious to start, in the art or in the interactions, but that's maybe a good thing. I think Meorless might have burned themselves out trying to tackle a larger scope out of the gate. You can always revise and expand later.
What did they take away?
Hey everyone. I'll just clarify a couple things.
The progression with Alice is mostly temporary, that's why it happens so suddenly. Those relatively complex interactive nsfw scenes take a lot of time to make. Immediately adding a lot of buildup requires additional smaller scenes, artworks and progression mechanics that aren't even in the game yet, it can't fit a single update. This will be reworked, perhaps in 0.5
The changelog for every version is publicly visible on Discord with news and additional info. Here's the one for 0.3:
-New character Helen with portrait, expressions and so on.
-Story progression, mostly with Helen
-1 interactive scene with clothing variant (bra/naked)
-9 new artworks/chars
-new city location (2 areas)
-new ui for inventory/notes
-calendar to set/check dates
-Other minor improvements and fixes
No content was removed. x86 devices are no longer supported though.
Even if there is some larping in official announcements, this is actually the work of a single person. And for the time being there are few supporters (which are very appreciated and are making a big difference), this dev keeps devving and really appreciate any additional help. Sooo, you know. Yeah.
