I want to thank "whoever" for at least making an attempt to fill in the installation instructions. I'm not sure they are adequate but I think an attempt was made. Too often I see complicated and contradictory instructions in the thread only to find "extract and run" in the install tab.

I dunno. Why not? Let him cook.
(There is a minimal impact on gameplay right now, certain events can't happen in certain weather, but if the dev actually has more meaningful stuff planned around weather, no idea.)
