You can "transform" a companion in a sex doll, but it's just visual, they don't have real content in this mod.

Unfortunately not, the option was omitted, as well as for shemales.
The included skin overlays are only for the female characters.
They do not work properly for shemales and for men... they look like shit... because they are not made for the male models.
