I can't speak for GokutheG, but no, in my playthrough, Myriam definitely did not have sex with either of the masseurs, not at any time - not at the spa, not at the riding stables.
Unfortunately, this also means that Myriam has not had any sex scenes with Evelyn in my playthrough, which is something I would very much like to happen. I guess I can only wait to see if Zorlun will ever include a genuine Myriam/Evelyn scene, or at least a scene with the two of them which doesn't include characters I dislike.

I really don't get what's confusing. Myriam and Eve didn't have sex during the massage because there were dudes involved. Now that she can have a massage without dudes being involved I'll let her have sex.
What I really like about this game is that the player controls who Myriam sleeps with. There's nothing misleading about my previous statement.

Although it wasn't in your playthrough, the scene is there. It even ends with a golden shower for Eve alone or Eve and Mi. If you have gallery mod, you can go thru the menu and see it for yourself. Like everything in this game, your playthrough is based on the choices you make.

That's the thing Myriam never had anything sexual happen during any of the massages. Her first visit was completely professional and he kept it that way during the other visits.
It seems like you believe that just because a scene is available in the game every Myriam will go through with it and that's not the case. Let's take Marc for example. Myriam can be dominant or submissive towards him. There's also a third option where you can also decide not to have any sexual contact with him. If you don't have sexual contact with him then he acts like a regular son.
