I've played around a little with Blender. Just enough to see that there is a lot you can do with it. Figuring out Blender is on my list of things I want to do, eventually.
Actually, for specific problems like clothes with poke through or not adapting well to the shape, other tools you can look at are "fit Control", and "Mesh Grabber".
"Fit control" is general, can apply to any clothes, and gives you extra morphs - often works well, but does not always give as good a fit as it would be needed.
Mesh Grabber requires more time and more manual work, but can give a tight good fit, I am using it for some situations, like nipples that poke through with perky breast (with Fit Control, the entire dress area has to become bigger, being kind of "inflated", even when using just the "nipple adapt" morph), I also used sucessfully for situations like having different clothes, and parts of different outfits, that did not overlap correctly.
But in this picture you can see an example.

Originally the belt was in part above, in part below, and in part inside both the hood and the yellow and black suit, and the hood itself was in part under the suit - the three were coming from different outfits and were not meant to be used together.
After the modifications, the suit, the belt and the hood are more in the order they are supposed to be, with the suit under, the hood above it, and the belt above both of them. It is not yet perfect, I improved it a bit the part between the hood and the suit after I made this image, but I am not trying to make it perfect :).
I also managed to get the suit to be a bit more adherent, as well as the hood (originally, it was a few cm from the skin, despite being made of soft cloth.
Also, the hood had some unnatural waves/"bubbles" (not visible here), was not going down the right way with gravity, and trying to add a dforce modifier, aside the fact is not always as great as some suggest, was basically impossible because the hood is actually made up by various surfaces that intersect, which menas dForce "explosions".
Using mesh grabber, I managed to make those "bubbles" less inflated (thus more realisting as soft clothes going down with gravity).
Probably there is no single tool that can solve all your problems, but you can try mixing various.

Yes, I already use heavily Fit Control, though again, it won't be always compatible with every resources, but it's generally good for small corrections. It will also help nicely before using dforce on clothes, to help morphing them just enough to make the simulation work more or less as it should.
For the explosions, you generally can avoid the problem by doing simulations in order one by one.

Have you tried to take a look at Marvelous Designer? I've seen some videos on youtube and I was amazed by the results.
The downside ( cost aparts, from what I know is very pricey) is the learning curve and the fact that you need to create the clothes from scratch, but on the other side you can manage different fabrics, adjust the gravity and also have a lots of pinch points to drape the dress perfectly on the body.
I'm a noob so I don't really know how much difficult it can be using it even though in the videos I saw that it has a great compatibility with the DAZ models body, I'm not trying to looks like a pro, just reporting what I've seen. :)

IME the best way to do giant boobs in 3D is to make like a Honey Select/Koisuru Party game with the mod that lets you remove the limiter on the breast slider, then when people complain it looks like shit say "It's a honey select game what do you expect"

About the explosions, I see what you mean, but not in this case, according to Daz information, it is a known limitation of dForce.
If there is a poke-through, or more in general, if the there are two meshes that intersect each other, it will "explode" - it needs to have separate surfaces, or so says Daz (and indeed, I got some explosion when trying otherwise).
That was no the case with that hood, in reality is made with two meshes that interesect with each other, which makes sense - and effectively, it is not a dForce asset and was never meant for it, so, it make sense they did not bother wondering about it.
But yes, I see what you mean about using fit control before trying dforce.

Psh, if decades of listening to anime theme songs has taught me anything it's that randomly dropping words and phrases from another language into your sentences is the cheat code for sounding cool.
Well, in that case, honestly may have been just a slip of someone signing off for the week-end, and being used to mix languages, so he did not realise he was writing in Dutch.
Look at the username, that sound Dutch or Flemish.

Pretty sure that's dutch xD
Yep, it is Dutch. It's congratulating for the work, and wishing a good week-end and see you soon.

Guys, it was sarcasm since Dutch is a weird mix of English and German. ;)

Well, a German friend had pointed out (this, may piss off many Belgians, but I am just referring) that Flemish to him sounded like bad German with bad grammatics (different pronounciation, though variable between different parts, no declensions, and no "let's build the longest word in the World" being the most visible differences), and probably you could say the same about Dutch (harsher pronounciation) but in reality, a German or a Dutch could retort your irony against you.

English if often referred to as "Germanic" language, due to the "anglo-saxons" (Saxons, being considered a Germanic tribe with Germanic language), but in reality, with exceptions, that appear mostly in "low English", especially modern English is full of vocabulary from Latin and Greek, either directly or through (old) French, and old German and old Dutch are closer to what "original" English could have been.
In +/- simplistic terms, the Normans (there, you can say Germanic word, Northmann) where Viking that had established themselves in France and Italy, so much that the language spoken at the court for a long period of time was not English, were (pig) Latin and French (well, the French of the time).
Even the English Royal family, is actually of German origin :p :), though that came much later.

Actually, the Germans themselves as one single group (let's me piss off some Germans as well, while I am that :p :)) originally were an invention of a ancient Roman, Tacitus, who simply used "Germania" and "Germans" to refer to all the people from territories North beyond the borders of the territory controlled by Rome.
It became then convenient for Germany itself, especially when Prussia and the others started creating modern Germany, and after in another historical period I am not mentioning, to put emphasis on the idea that "Germans" (better, Deustch, as in "land of the Deustch or "Deustchland") was since forever an homogeneous group, using the battle of Teotoburg as a kind of epic founding event and the victory of the pure spirit of the Germanic people etc. (put some nationalist rethoric here, feel free to put a reference to "race" instead of "spirit", because it was "fashionable" for some time).

Why is this also ironic ? The hero of Teotoburg could win that battle (actually, his people, but never mind that) because in reality he had previously the rank equivalent of general in the Roman army and was trained by the Romans.
He knew that doing an ambush in that forest territory while the Romans were in marching order, would eliminate completely the advantage from training, formation and logistics of the Romans, effectively transforming it in a disadvantage, while giving an advantage to way of fighting of the people he had available.
Certainly a good credit to his military abilities and his capability of using the knowledge and training he had acquired, but hardly a matter of "pure race".
Effectively, from the point of view of the Romans after that battle it was just "not worth spending more to go there again", playing a bit the snobbish approach :), while still doing business like with everybody else - raising a legion was not free of charge, so, it is documented that Rome was not happy about it, but did not bother.
