Happend to me as well, just load the save and rollback a few frames and you get the ongoing story. and there was a lot going on in the different paths

Someone is Horny huh ? Solution for those who can't see the scene with Cassius, 1 verify that the Patch.rpa file is in the game folder

and check that where Cassius appears there is almost always 1 and not 0, Cassius in not top dog for example I think it should be 0, in case change the values and load re-save and the problem should be fixed.
