Preview Scene - Chapter 4 - Love and Pain
And here you go! Preview of the second scene of the coming update, sorry for the long wait. ^^
Taking place at the hospital, Myriam waking up there after the events ending chapter 3. The scene start after a short ellipse, leaving the player still in suspense about what happened, only learning little by little how things went as Myriam herself talk to different characters, doctors, Katherine and Evelyn.
The scene mainly centered on plot and on Myriam, and her close family, with some emotional moments between them. But there is also a little side naughtiness possible depending on choice revolving around some naughty nurses and a bit of voyeurism, giving a of foreshadowing of some short term possibilities in the hospital.
Like the first scene, the second is mainly centered plot wise, serving to launch the fourth chapter into gear, the update will stop there, I wanted to had another one in the hospital but it will be for the next one, the days I took for personal reason (death of a close person) and the fact that February is also a tad shorter, don't leave me with enough time to work the following scene as I would wish.
So right now I'm finishing up on the scene, sadly had to redo a few renders today due to realizing a small error I made, but the update should be up before the end of the week, I can't give a date for now though, but I'm just short of one sub scene, so nearly there. ^^

It changes a bit more since Myriam's daughter Kat comes from her late husband, just as Marc comes from Anthony's first marriage.

I think that was always like that except Myriam and Anthony were married originally and they both brought a child from a previous relationship in to their marriage. But generally the incest patch just changes how Marc refers to Myriam as she was never his real mom.
Or that's how I saw it when I first started playing this game before you needed to use either the incest patch or the Prometheus patch.

I don't think so, with the patch Myrian is just the step mother of Marc and mother of Katherine, without it, she and Anthony are just boyfriend/girlfriend living together, it'd be bit hard for Anthony to have the right, to begin with. to just drag Mark away if Myriam was his real biological mother.
I can't actually remember when the incest ban on patreon was implemented, before or after Myriam kicked Anthony out, I think it was just after and Zorlun had to do a rewrite and make Mark just Anthony's son but where Myriam had always treated him like a son to please the ridiculous stand that patreon took on incest and their interpretation of incest. She probably wouldn't have even needed to go to court for custody if she was his real mother. Just imaging the time that would have saved Zorlun, not having to write a whole update so that Mark could move back in with Myriam.

She can't be because there wouldn't be a court custody battle if she was and Anthony would have been arrested the minute he forcibly dragged Mark out of the house, especially as Myriam has some cop friends.

They both have equal custody rights under the law so legally he can take Marc when they broke up. That's the whole reason she takes him to court to show that Marc would have a better home environment with her. If she was just his step mom she would have way less of a legal position to argue that she should retain guardianship over a bio parent. That's what the Kimberley lawsuit and the cliffhanger will show the court that Anthony is unfit to be Marc's guardian.
That was the premise I used exactly.
After that, of course any lawyer will be able to argue that to oblivion, but I think it's enough to let the suspension of disbelief let the player accept the plot and go with it. After all, this is not to take too seriously, we're still in a porn game. ^^

Yes, there would be a custody battle between a biological mother and a biological father.
If you use the incest patch, Myriam is Mark's biological mother, and Anthony is his biological father. And biological mothers and fathers have custody battles all the time. And no, a biological father doesn't automatically get arrested for removing his children from their biological mother without her consent (in the US), unless there's already some court order in place, or unless it's a state-specific law.

As someone else already said, the incest patch is perfectly compatible with the Prometheus patch, it is built on a version of the game with the Prometheus patch !

Thanks ouch2020 now I know to be honest, the incest is not what got my lust fired up in this game, with all the posts ongoing I just opted for the most secure way also not any cheat mod (although it has atractive features) nice work and a great enterprise what you took on with the patch keep up !
