True, with Cassius Myriam interacts constantly. Every day like you said. And even though it is true that with Hammer she needs constantly to travel still, from my view, there should be an update or two to level up. I certainly wouldn't mind and i doubt that others wouldn't mind either.

I saw a problem and it seemed to be the best solution for preservation of expressing their artistic vision, for a time when they can go back and add in more improvements. Which, for when full creative control is established, could be as simple as distributing in a pre-patched .exe for those content editions - and that's where your vigilance is most valuable.

.The point was making you (and other people that may be new to the game and come back on the same subject) see that the change was a long time ago, though at the same time reminding that both the incest and the bestiality were originally put in and foreseen to be there by Zorlun, they are not an invention of the patchers/modders (someone recently had gone on that subject).
Well, relatively long time ago, but it is more than a year already, and keep in mind Zorlun makes basicall one update a month - and doing that kind of approach would mean extra workload for Zorlun, even more if he had to go back and change everything.
Given how Ren'py works, it is not the exe itself, it is the files with scripts pre-compiled and eventually packed that come with the exe, but again, "pre-patched" in this case means from the point of view of Patreon, that the content would be already there and they could see it, and blast Zorlun, so, to be safe he would really need to make and maintain at least two versions of the game (one plain, one with incest and bestiality), one released normally and one released at the end.
All the while, people who also want the bestiality and/or the incest (don't know if they really use it, but the 255 likes to the post with the incest patch are an indication), would not see it (since it would be in his internal version) and may not get on the game - and their money helps Zorlun develop the game.
So, the actual situation is not ideal (even for me, occasionaly getting "flamed" for the incest patch, or pressure from people who are eager to get it yesterday, and a kind of committment that can create complications for me for other reasons), but it seems the best compromise to avoid Zorlun burn-out or lack of sufficient income (both meaning, no more Myriam), while letting people be able to enjoy the bestiality (Prometheus patch), the incest (my patch), the walkthrough (JokerLeader), the savename and others (Bibifoc), the mix walkthrough+incest (Jellyluve, only some elements of the incest cannot be really mixed and get lost), the Android version (Estrada777) and the compressed version (don't remember whom, but I think someone made one).

If you're talking about the easter egg in the bathtub scene, it's only a joke for the moment. Maybe it'll unlock a scene someday, maybe not.

The public release was only little over a week ago (June 1st) so the next update (public release) won't be until some time in July.

He puts out monthly updates like clockwork, if you want it a week earlier than public release then sign up to his subscribestar or Patreon
If it can be of any consolation, I would also have been curious (and even more curious, how thing would have gone if she had really forgotten it), but on the other hand, people could have complained (correctly, IMO) that Marc was getting too much story while Flint and the volunteer activities had not even started, and from an egoistic point of view, a bit less code for me to go through and modify
But don't worry, Zorlun has clearly indicated Marc is not out of the picture, just getting some time off for some update, and in some future update there may be even the possibility (depending on the player past and future choices) for having again something linked to the sport team.

I don't think you understand my point. Even if it's going to happen offscreen, one would expect some reference to be made to it in the narrative. If not, then why include that bit of dialogue as he's leaving the bathroom? It's the "Chechov's Gun" rule of writing.
Adding the dialogue creates an expectation. If that dialogue doesn't appear, then no expectation is formed, but, since the dialogue is there, the reader/viewer/player expects something to follow from that exchange. It could be a scene, or just a line of narration or a brief monologue in Myriam's thoughts. But having Marc say that to Myriam, and having her reply in the affirmative, and then jumping over it without any further reference, causes the player to think that they must have missed something.
That may well be. But, if so, then why include the dialogue at all? That two line exchange doesn't really add to the scene which just ended. Whether they exchange those two lines or not, Marc still got Myriam to agree to be his whore again.
My point is that it made for a jarring transition between the bathtub scene and the following scene. Time jumps are a perfectly fine storytelling technique, but when you create an expectation for some other event to follow your previous scene, and then you time jump over it, that can be confusing. I had to roll back and reread everything, because I thought that I had accidentally skipped something.
I don't have a meme picture for this but I once had a supervisor drop this little gem.
