Not per se, but they will have their own endings, though mind you, it'll come as a general ending if the player do not pursue a love interest.

Sorry to hear that. As I understand Cassius do pursue a love connection with Myriam and he maybe gets a chance to give her his puppies. If her work at the vet turns an unpredictable ways..

Well, humans cannot get pregnant from dog (and other animals, with good peace of mythology ;-)) sperm, so, she could not have his puppies anyway (and yes, I know it is a game, not a medical treaty :-D)

Zorlun could make it where at the vets there's also a lab that has a experimental serum where interspecies breeding would be possible, could have probably 3 or more scenarios where she ends up injected with it. here a few example that I can think of:
1. the vet is showing her lab and then a animal escaped makes a commotion then she falls and at the same time also does the serum and then she gets injected.
2. the vet is showing her lab and mentions they are working on a experimental serum where interspecies breeding would be possible, then she starts getting horny from possibility of Cassius and or Hammer impregnating her then the vet says there hasn't been any human trials yet then she offers to be the first.
something like that also a possible lore reason could be that its for hybrid animals that are sterile like the mule or the people working on it just want crosspieces impregnation for creating super soldiers or just because they can idk

Mate, I also wished this thing would be made exactly to match my preferred kinks. Maybe I am quiet lucky that it is not far from it.

But I guess there has to be a comprimise somewhere. Not trying to be disrespectful but a Woman giving birth to dogs must be a pretty small nieche of people who want to watch that. So devs resources might be invested somewhere else with greater Impact.

That, bestiality is already a niche kink (tho not too uncommon in non-real stuff), but THAT? That is niche in niche, its just not worth it for the 5 people that would get a kick out of it I would say

Of course I know the medical reasons,(that the eggs can be fertilized but the embryo will die anyway) but she already met with aliens, and magical creature like mummy, the chance she get involved with the mystery events is there... Also it depends on Zorlun first I will be happy if even Cassius gets his own happy ending with her (with or withouth puppies), not making him only a consolation prize, but a true choice.

Well, for one element, you could always try the "dream/strange events", for the other part, putting aside puppies, there could be the possibility that even if Myriam ends up in a steady relationship with someone, she also manages to find a way to occasionally keep Cassius happy.
Considering the hints about the possible direction of some of her dating choices, that would not be the worst possible additional ending (additional, because rather than an ending in itself, it could be a "corollary" based on whether one had activated the "furry friend" option earlier, and kept doing stuff with Cassius and refusing the opportunities to stop that. Then, there could be more than one ending, in which is added up a check, which say that if the things with Cassius were not stopped, then in addition to the ending is shown something showing that Myriam nonetheless also continue from time to time to keep her puppy Cassius happy.
