Is it the one where you go to sleep and wake up to your brother railing you? Because I did notice that one popped up a lot, even before the brother was corrupted.
I think it has something to do with how horny he is, but there should probably be an additional check (or the check needs to be fixed) to make sure he's already corrupted enough and/or has popped the sex boundary with you.
