I would recommend an option to argue with the brother which could lead to rape or something else
I think his corruption should be either high at the start or not mentioned at all. The reworked intro suggests he's already a horny bastard

You can, go to the park -> mountain -> forest -> abandon idea and go back to camp
(this is from memory, I could be mistaken)

When I've bought the car and try to go to the city, the game stops even if I've used a patreon code ($patron) at start...what I'm missing to go on?

Try using SugarCube.State.variables.DLC1 = true in the browser console, then change location in game.
