I noticed that hesoyam restores full health as well as give the money. Don't know if they all do that or not.

go outside (leave apartment building) during the day or early evening, then click downtown. As for outskirts, you can click that too, if the mc has a reason to go there. You have to advance the story enough to have a need to go there. Such as to visit father. Also might be some stats needed. Not sure.
Can't be too late and MC can't be too tired or the options to go up and downtown and anywhere other than home and nearby places won't be available.

Q: when you escape the camp with bro or half bro in tow to uncle house in tow is there way you can go to your parents house instead because you have car, You have choice stay uncles or go back to your parents?

Last time I played I never found bro/half bro or best friend at uncles. Only place he was at location in city.
