You can find the detailed answer to that question on the first page 14th comment. If you want a summed answer: the new mechanics of the mod are not compatible with male players. Plus I don't like Tails and seeing male characters getting fucked.
Huh interestng, I know and have the orginal mod downloaded as it has its own dedicated webpage that keeps it up online, but I haven't been able to find the orginal game unless I wanna risk some virus getting onto my pc lol, so ya wouldn't happen to know where I could get the orginal Project X would ya...? so I could see what the orginal was like?
This mod is very pleasant to play and the idea to focus the gameplay on pregnancy and futa content is really fun ! It provides a nice alternative to RedEyeSamuraï’s mod, while keeping the essence of the « original mod » (which is amazing by the way, RedEyeSamuraï has done an incredible job). In view of additions and modifications of this mod, I would like to think we will have another mod of an exceptional quality !
The new animations are really well made (the same can be told about the voices you added) and the pregnancy content is already very interesting for such an early release (especially the double birth one, which could be pretty fun). And the new special game over picture is very well made (the art itself but also the posture). May I ask if you are planning to create other special game over in the future updates ?
Speaking of updates, I’m looking forward for your « remake » of Surge and the succubus as futa. It will be so fun to have these in this game, espcially since they were lacking futa content in the base mod (no offense to RedEyeSamuraï because – once again – his/her work was exceptionnal !).
And finally, I am pleasantly intrigued by the idea of adding two new characters to the roster (a playable one and the other to fight) for future updates (probably not for tomorrow though xD). I look forward to seeing the result and, furthermore, it will provides a « substitute » to Tails. Don’t get me wrong, I am not a detractor of his removing, nor a follower, but since he already exists in the « original mod », if I want to play Tails… well, I can just launch RedEyeSamuraï mod and problem solved x)
So I’m glad to see someone trying to put new content, different from the base mod but with the same amazing quality ! I can’t wait to see where these developments will lead and I wish you the best in your project !

I'm quite happy to hear you enjoy the content so far. and I appreciate all the kind words you said about the mod. I have always been a huge futa on female fan so being able to edit/update the game gave me the chance to boost futa content in the game. I also appreciate Redeye's help in this. Without his help with the codes I would never be able to create this mod so I always credit him. I'm currently working on Surge's futa animations to make sure at least one animation with each player to be ready for next update. For your question on special game overs, yes I plan to make special game overs for every evil enemy(Rouge, Zeta, Zu, Amy, Cream, and Blaze. Yes I'm planning to add missing evil players in the boss rush in time). I'll also gonna make some changes to other existing game overs. Especially Cream's game overs rather gonna get a remake or a few edits to make her look like herself rather than a Vanilla copy.

Well, I guess the original game before all the mods should still be on the original page of project x. I have downloaded all the older versions from there and didn't get any virus problems so it should be safe

Sorry, currently no. There are a lot of things I want to add before I share the next update so can't make any guesses on release dates atm
Some well-deserved praise, I must say. Plus the fact I was telling myself yesterday that you don’t only offer a nice alternative of the « official mod » by creating a futa focus, but also by creating a futa pregnancy focus, which I don’t remember playing a game like this in the past (but maybe its due to my lack of knowledge in that kind of games in this website, so anyone can feel free to give me names to correct my ignorance). So, I’m really convince that this mod will be really pleasant to play.
Now, I must tell that I can’t wait to see your animations for every evil enemy ! It will be really fun during the boss rush (even though I’m pretty intrigated by the rework of Zu because… well, her story in the game is quite complicated, that the least we can say ! So I hope you won’t have any problem with her too). And of course, I wonder what will be the changes you’re going to make for Cream (I humbly must admit that I don’t know her character well enough, even tough I read your precedent comment to have a better idea of what you were referring by « a Vanilla copy »).
So keep up the good work for the next updates and, even if I’m quite impatient to play it, take the time you need to deliver your hard work !

Yeah I remember there has been some complications with Zu in the past related to her creator but as far as I know things were okay to keep her as an enemy so it should be fine. I have played countless hentai game in the past and I can confirm that futa and pregnancy together are indeed rare to find. Hopefully this mod is going to be a good option for the fans of that content like me. What I meant by "Vanilla copy" was how her game over animations made her off model like having longer and thicker limbs and big breasts. She has her mother Vanilla's body in all of those which makes no sense in the slightest. I already started making minor fixes to old game over animations of her. You can see it better with visuals like these.
Alright, good to hear. And more content for Zu will also please a lot of people I guess, considering how many people were asking for it in the « original mod ». So get ready to see people mentionning Zu every ten post xD
Indeed, I now understand better what you meant by a « Vanilla copy ». It makes sense that they were trying to create an older version of Cream to get rid of criticism, even if, as you were saying about the problem between Tails and Cream’s age, there’s some hypocrisy here (but how could I blame them, it’s kinda similar to the « loli problem » : if it’s a girl, it’s a no-no, if it’s a boy, that’s kinda okay). And by giving her breasts, she looked more like a teenanger (is that better then?). And it activates the booby effect I guess x)
Good luck for fixing her former game over's animations then, there’s a lot of work ahead

Yeah that hypocrisy between male and female characters has always been there in pretty much every content. Games, animated movies, cartoons, anime , etc. it's always okay to do whatever you want with the characters regardless of their age if it's male but when it's female it's automatically problematic despite all of these characters being fictional. People only remember these characters being not real but fictional when they're male.
If other characters can stay true to their original designs in game overs then so should Cream. I don't want her to be look like a teenager or a staright up Vanilla. I want her to be herself. I don't feel like making full edits on every old animation Cream had as it would take way too long and waste of time so for easy to edit ones I can make full animation edit on her body and harder ones I'll just make single frame edit and use that single frame as her game over instead of full animated one. It's better to see a single accurate frame than whatever the fuck it was before. I plan to make a full redraw as something completely new rather than edit of an old one for some of the old game overs.
