It ends at a BJ, while there is more in v1.1, it stops just when it's about to get good. Can't exactly say the wait was worth it when 0.7 is still the best version.

Download the older version for more content. Again the game is still being developed Have patience. Attitudes like that are what piss game devs off.

Logically speaking, if you hate a game(whether if it's the game itself or shitty dev decisions), it wouldn't even be worth pirating yet you'll continue to waste your time and even be proud of it?

Spite is a very powerful motivator, I don't like the devs or mel, so i'll just keep reposting the .7 build and discouraging others from donating to the patreon. The devs screw over their customers with a lesser product and Melody screwed over someone who considered her a friend so VShojo could avoid a PR hit, that shit doesn't sit right with me, so whatever i can do to make things that little bit harder for them makes me feel better. Mel keeps moving further away from doing 18+ content, more Twitch and less CB. Let's see if the game gets released before she completely stops.
All fair points, frankly, since this is a burner, i kinda let myself be more of an asshole about certain topics in these kind of situations. but i kinda want to give a bit more of a prospective on the Nux-Mel thing. to give a brief rundown on the whole thing, a doxer was prentending to be VShojo was sending out acceptance emails to indie vtubers and would later use that info to dox them, one of which was Nux, who avoided getting doxxed cause he knew he never applied and brought that up with the ceo of VShojo. The ceo tells nux that they've been hunting the guy for months and haven't told anyone. Nux gets in talks with the ceo, the cyber security team leader, and one of the talents on how to deal with the situation. Nux gets Mutahar of SomeOrdinaryGamers to help out and they find the guy. nux asks to make a video about the situation and he doesn't get any nos. Nux tweets the video and the official account for VShojo thanks him. Nyanners, in her discord, complains about nux posting the video without permission which causes a chain reaction that leads to him getting ripped apart by the entirety of VShojo and causing many mental health problems on his side due to being ganged up on (he testifies that he was unable to sleep or eat during the time of his cancelation). He brings out the receipts showing that he had the full go ahead for making a video on the situation (meaning that the ceo and the girl in the group chat didn't consult the rest of the talents on if this was okay with them), leading for the the tables to be turned on the VShojo girls. after a failed attempt from the company itself to shift public opinion back in its favor, most of the girls and nux apologize behind the scenes (and putting an end to the friendships that nux actually had with some of the girls) and make public statements apologizing to their audiences for putting them through that unnessesary mess, the saga comes to a close.
The reason I have a problem with mel specifically is cause she was the girl in the group chat with the ceo, the cybersec guy, and Nux (confirmed accidently by Froot when showing DMs with Nux in a deleted tweet), lied about nux being told no to posting the information when she was pretending to be out of the loop of that group call, and when literally every other girl publicly apologized for accidentally sending their fanbases to dogpile him, her "apology" was essentially "yeah, whatever everyone said". I wouldn't even have a problem with her (with my qualms solely being with VShojo if she actually apologized, though id still be uncomfortable about watching any content related to them) if she just even gave the most basic of "I screwed up and didn't mean to send you guys after nux, i was frustrated with how everything was happening and did somehing stupid, sorry to everyone that follows me and sorry to nux" cause that would at least show she had some sort of remorce for what she did to someone who has gone on record multiple times to say she was one of his best friends, she doesn't even have to say she was the one in the calls during that situation, but she didn't even do the bare minimum. My anger at her back stabbing nux doesn't even stem from a personal place, I just have something in my moral code that tells me to be livid at someone who betrays someone else for their own personal gain, and to do anything that i can (aside from anything immoral of course, you won't see me harassing her, doxing her, or revealing who she formally was like someone else was doing in this thread, but discouraging others from supporting her is personally fine) until she changes for the better, which i can't do cause im just some anon on a porn forum. Frankly, i want her to be a better person, but I haven't seen evidence that she has changed and it pisses me off that she gets to pretend she didn't know what really happened in that discord chat.
Maybe im just being schitzo in this situation, seeing friendships fall apart isn't fun and this has to be one of the worst fallouts ive ever seen and it sickens me that this could've been avoided if mel sided for her "friend" (cause i sure as hell don't trust a ceo to defend an individual unless it effects their bottom line) rather than her job, but that just how it is in the VTuber community.

I get your hatred but this is just going off-topic and on top of that, this really isn't any of our business as it's something that should've been handled privately between VShoujo and Nux to begin with. (Reminds me the whole drama with Deji and JJ and how their fanbase were switching sides on the fly attacking the other brother.)
To me, from what I've seen so far, VShoujo's management is mostly at fault here by a huge margin, not saying others are completely innocent but people make mistakes while Nux sadly had to suffer due to it(Though, contrary to what you said, I heard some apologized to him publicly and some privately) but we could go on & on about "person x could've done this" and not only do I think that it's not that simple like you think it is when business is involved but I don't think discussing such what-ifs or beating this dead horse is going to achieve anything here. So, I will not be entertaining this discussion on the drama further.
Regardless of what our opinions may be with the individuals, the discussion should be about the game and its development.
If you don't want to support any works involving Mel(or VShoujo, although you don't seem to hate them judging from your attitude), then you're entitled to your own decision. I'm not saying you're wrong for doing that but honestly, it's not really fair to include your hatred on some drama of the person as a point to shit on the game or discourage people from supporting the dev.
Your original point about the dev removing content is very much valid, just not when you mixed that in with something that's not relevant to the game/development itself. As, that would be the equivalent of me shitting on a certain hentai game on Steam not because the game's actually bad(just an example, not saying the game is actually bad as I've never played it) but because it's based around a character who's a depiction of one of the most hated person in this world.
People here are arguing over drama while I'm sitting here wondering why the thread hasn't been updated yet. There's no changelog posted here so I have no idea if 1.1 is even substantial.

Since your not following us on patreon I am sure you haven´t heard that we moved from Unreal Engine 4 to 5. We did a full rebuild from scratch which meant that the content from UE4, which always was concept pre alpha content, was scrapped and gradually replaced with other content.
I think there´s a lot of things you can criticise about us, but I would ask you to differentiate between what we as a development team do and what everyone else out there is doing

Thanks, still I cannot fathom how bad the optimisation is, cranked everything to the max at 1080p and only 45FPS, at least it has FSR, only way I could manage to reach 60.
Got a 3070 on my system and I can run more intensive shit at 4K on way stabler framerate, this is peak poor optimisation.

That explains why it runs so bad, why would you use UE5 for that? Not even Epic decided to implement it into their games yet, at least add Vulkan rendering into it, DX12 is an awful API, I still remember it being advertised as the next big thing back in 2014/2015, hell, the first rig I built had it written on the 980's box blatantly advertising it: "Supports DX12!".
These days it's basically forgotten as Vulkan is a much better preferred way to render things.
I can keep on shitting about how DX12 is garbage but then I'll just make a wall of text so I'll keep things short with my personal experience.
RDR2 DX12, smoke effects make the game lag out a lot, loss of about half or more of the framerate.
BF1 on DX12, game from 2016, lags on map screen and microstutters a lot.
Fortnite on DX12, adds support for RT, whilst the optimisation isn't as bad it still contains a lot of microstutters and jitters.
If you really are the dev then at least add Vulkan as an optional API or a fallback to DX11, I just can't stand the pisspoor optimisation of DX12.

That depends entirely on the game and hardware on top of the optimization, DX12 on SOTTR runs significantly better than DX11 for me, like how significant you ask? DX11 with all low and there's heavy stuttering and FPS drops, switched to DX12 with all high and stable 60 FPS with no stuttering.

Sure, it depends but from personal experience DX12 is mostly worse than DX11 at least for UE, take what I cited for example, even Fortnite at DX12 which is a game made in UE4 by the company that provides the engine itself, being Epic Games and it runs worse with it, heck it's been in "beta" since ages from what I can recall. SoTTR runs in the Foundation Engine, not Unreal.

And you're making a hard claim solely from the fact that Fornite in DX12 performs worse for you? Completely ignoring the fact that for others, it could be the contrary? Lmao.
That's a huge logical leap you're making when there's many factors than just the API that contributes to either better or worse performance.
The other 2 games you used as an anecdote also don't run in UE so, this was about the DirectX API, not the game engine itself.
