Anyone else with rather massive lag problems in this update? Already noticed it in the main menu, but especially Ves killing the soldier was a pure slideshow. 
It's probably my potato laptop, though I last played the 0.7 version and don't remember any particular problems (same with other games I've played recently).
Nonetheless, another great update (or two in my case). Others already mentioned the highlights. I personally am looking forward to hopefully meeting Aria on Malladan V.

also got this lag and will try the compressed version to see if improve something

I'm still playing as I type this and I'm not sure what my favorite scene is yet for the latest update. But I wanted to point this out since this shot is gorgeous!

The animations are very laggy during the second season and during the first season they were perfect, does anyone have the same problem?

Is someone able to explain to me what and how I passed this cutesceen I had behind me all normally unlocked seen and this one with this nice lady I unlocked only with the unlocker plus the empty field on the right at the bottom is empty or something else I missed too? Is there a decision or a different style of play to unlock it and how it changes the game. I will be grateful for the answer because if it is not worth going over again then I will not change anything but as it brings a lot then the next approach I will do.
Character exposition. She's caught between "fight" and "flight".
The plot has it's problems but this scene is not one of them.
The quality of the humor, plot, characterizations, LIs, renders, and sexy times in any chapter are always a given!
In Ch 9, the backstory of Solarin and the Aria reveal are very nicely done.
And yet again the update is amazing.
I love the backstory for Solarin and Aria. Oh, I still hate their fucking guts and, given choice, will happily tell her to fuck off, but I love inclusion explaining what happened and why they're doing what they're doing.
The mixing of sad + comedic + bittersweet moments is just fucking perfect.
Having gone bit gun-ho on the station in previous update, I'm not sure how big prison could have been, but having Jelly, Skelly and Cowboy is good enough for me.
Now someone, please, find that man a katana so he can solve all problems!

For people that have serious laggy/stuttering animations/videos in the season 2, i reconverted the videos from the compressed version from webm VP9 60fps to webm VP8 30fps (i often read that some version of renpy have very high CPU requirement to display webm VP9 video while webm VP8 are good, and why if your CPU isn't strong renpy would go overkill in CPU drain)
Note : you'll notice that if you extract the videos from the original Projekt Passion archives.rpa, those videos will play perfectly and smoothly in any video player like VLC, it's just that renpy is definitively not optimised for video playing.
download :
extract the folder named "images" from the downloaded archive and move that "images" folder into the folder named "game" from your "Projekt Passion season 2" directory.
To go back to the original videos, simply delete that "images" folder from your folder named "game" from your "Projekt Passion season 2" directory.
NOTE : you'll notice a slight drop of quality too , unfortunately coming from my lack of knowledge with ffmepg when it came to converting with the best flags and rates values and probably because that's re-encoding videos that were already reworked for the compressed version.
But at least those videos should run perfectly even on potato PC.

Finished a few moments ago. Simply amazing update!
Need to scribe some thoughts on "paper" (notepad i mean) first, but i will try to make a more detailed post later.
