Do the porn stars used for the wife character in different scenes look similar? Like in terms of weight, body, etc.? It doesn’t have to be a close match.

Everyone's slender and fair-skinned. That's it.
Not a problem for me because I'm more focused on the text, and I don't think that you can find every clip you ever need on a single porn actress or even a select set of porn actresses.

It really comes down to personal preference, but I do try to keep things consistent. Ideally, I go for brunettes or dark blondes, around medium height, fit but not overly muscular, with medium to large features. I aim for a natural look, usually with minimal tattoos or piercings, and try to stick to an age range of 25 to 35. That said, sometimes I'll let one or two of these details slide if a video really fits the vibe I’m aiming for in a scene.

I can’t remember which developer it was, but he also used different porn stars like you. However, he would crop the girl’s head so skillfully that it looked as if her face was naturally out of frame in the recording
This has both advantages and drawbacks. The benefit was that the different porn stars felt more and more similar, convincing me that they were all the same person. The downside was that we couldn’t see the porn star's attractive face during sex, blowjobs, etc
A question:
Why didn’t you use a single porn star? I mean, For example, making the FMC resemble Nicole Aniston and using her scenes from her various porn videos found across the internet in all sexual scenes

Hey, no problem at all, ask away! When I first started, I actually tried cropping faces and even made a few prototype scenes, but I found it took too much away from the overall feel. Plus, for certain scenes like face-fucking ones, cropping just wasn’t feasible. I even tried blurring faces, but after days of tweaking (and my girlfriend telling me it looked kinda creepy), I scrapped that idea too.
As for using a single actress, in the beginning, I was working with found gifs, so I didn’t have much choice. Later, I put more effort into the game, sourcing and editing videos myself. I did consider finding one actress for the main girl and researched a lot, but I couldn’t find someone who fit all the planned content. Since I’m making scenes I personally find exciting, I didn’t want to limit myself if an actress couldn’t cover certain types of scenes, even if it meant sacrificing a bit of consistency.

Have you ever thought about picking one girl as a model and AIing her face onto pictures and videos of other girls? I think we're at the point that that's practical now.
