The file goes in C:\Users\[Your User Name]\APPDATA\LocalLow\Eromancer\pure-onyx\Saves
By default the APPDATA folder is hidden. If that's the case, either:
A. Go to the file browser. Under the View>Show/Hide tab check "Hidden files". Should pop up in your user folder with a bunch of .folders
or
B. Press Winkey+r to open the run command. Type in %APPDATA% and click OK. It should open the folder.

they are not even remotely alike at all, themes are not the same (cyberpunk vs apocalypses), gameplay not the same (brawler vs sidescroller), visuals not the same (3D vs 2D) only thing they share are bugs. That doesn't every game with bugs is a Parasite in the City knockoff.

not what i meant. i'm saying it's the same as in it shares the side scroller aspect, and with similar plot line. there is a difference between nitpicking and actually knowing each design choice.

side-scrolling is a genre which long existed, zombies also long existed. One of the enemies featured clearly looks like the facehugger from Alien, so even their design isn't original. Metroid itself which came long before and has a huge influence in side scrollers was influenced by Alien but at least they tried making their own different version of facehuggers unlike Parasite in the City.
Plot line is also not the same or else MATM would also be a "ripoff" since they both share the same timeline. Parasite in the City's "plot" is the MC escaping a horrible city by shooting her way thru hoards of zombies infected by a parasite and it ends with her actually escaping but hinting she is already infected. That is not an original idea, becoming zombies thru infection was done way earlier in the Resident Evil franchise, they have the biggest influence in regards to that plot line along with Alien and it's sci-fi horror.
Guys, these games are not the same.
Parasite in City is a finished and fully playable 2D sidescroller. It was made in Japan and sold as a 1-time purchasable product. It was made in less than 2 years (probably by a single guy).
Pure Onyx is a pre-alpha and barely playable 2.5D Beat 'em Up. It is made all around the world (although Eromancer and some others are in the US) and monetized as a monthly subscription service. It's been "developed" for over 4 years by a team of 10+ people.
Can you guys spot the differences?

It is a shame I really like the artstyle they do a good job doing the snk style. The constant baiting with new ideas and enemies with his update posts. The lack of willingness to focus on fleshing out added enemies is an obvious sign they are scamming. If Eromancer was honest and had focused on one goal at a time for updates we probably would have had some more expansions to the enemies added in earlier.

Where do save files go in Pure Onyx?
Been meaning to try this one awhile but didn't realize the gallery had to be unlocked. Last adult beat em up I played had the gallery already open so you could (ahem) "adult beat em up" whenever you wanted.

The 1st is a Dev who wanted to have fun by making a simple but friendly little game.
The 2nd is a clever one who has found a way to make money easily without doing much. (Think of Star Citizen)
This is the base now. How many "games" are offered by devs and on all these "games" offered how much are really in the process of developing? And how much really end?
