Welp, I know this is an old thread but thought I'd share something. Ended up spending maybe a little too long cracking it, mostly because of THIS bullshit:

The original code is in Shift-JIS and for some reason WolfRPG Editor just decides to one-to-one convert it to UTF-8, pisses me off, at least just leave it in Japanese.

, just go to the dressing room, get the points, and unlock the stuff. Everything is greyed out but it is clickable, I just didn't feel like trying to get them to be not grayed out.

Doesn't really matter Loli stuff shouldn't be a problem honestly. It's hentai or a hentai game and most are visual novel based. Kinda stupid if you ask me whether or not it should be allowed. Also can we point out that some of the best games like these require japanese local unfortunately, which for some reason I cannot use or run.
