Not sure, but some developers don't even try for various reasons. The game is questionable with the MC's age/looks anyway and doubt Steam would allow it.

Eh, there is a decent portion, good enough to play, I think. File size with this game is deceiving as the first game was really small size to.

Might be an unpopular opinion but if we can't have a scene with Seline, then just put the focus back on Claudia and Tom please. lol Heck, they can just be Thanos-snapped and pretend they never existed in the first place if we weren't going to get scenes with them fast enough.
Good narrative . The concern is the slowburn and the long development time for 15 min of content.
