That defeat scene is supposed to give you that status, if it doesnt give it to you then it must be an error, a second way to get it its with the capture/rescue mechanic since it can give all the bad status deoending on how much time you left the heroine captive

There is no official release date. There is nothing on the DLsite so it's going to be a while before this is completed.

Right now, kudarizaka guardrail is working on Stage 2. The plan is for 5 stages total. Plus a separate section for the final boss, although I don't know if that will be a stage or not.

This was announced around June of 2024 so it's a safe bet you are looking for around June 2025, maybe later if there are delays or balance issues.

Of course we could get lucky and kudarizaka guardrail could finish this sooner, but this is pure speculation.

More likely to be June 2026 than June 2025. It took about 2 years from the release of the first Quarta Emerald demo to release and it was about 3 years between releases of Amethyst and Emerald.
