0.13b Bug Fixes for Queen in Deficit
Fixed the game crashing bug that happens with the debt collection notification.
Updated the MEGA link.
Please update the mirrors accordingly.
And don't change my MEGA link.

You can just ignore him if you want to, and eventually declare war on him to get him to obey, but the game is harder without his help early on.

A good way of starting out without his help would be to conscript an extra 1000 soldiers, hire bureaucrats to help with the taxation, increase the morale of the soldiers, then retake Carmelli ASAP. Winning battles is an excellent way of snowballing prestige and morale gains, and investing in Carmelli will increase your prosperity which will increase your income. Also don't try to raise taxes before you are maxed out in prosperity.

It's not a game breaking bug, and I don't know if it's already known or not, but you can take 0 gold loan.

found a bug it seems. after the dinner with duke slept. when woke up i get a scandal has erupted.
even though i have money it wont let me pay, but also its in a loop that just keeps going. ive repeated about 25 times now

Sorry, but no. its beyond my ability and resource to make any kind of port.

Yes, it seems that I messed up the condition so you can only pay when you didn't have enough, you will have to chose the other option to end the event. I will issue a bug fix latter.
