In the trophy room, how do you unlock the "Morale raising arrangement" "earn trust with the bailabaikan villagers" and "barrack incident" scenes?

The card game is bad, the rest of the game is great though.

The card game is the worst. Player's actions doesn't matter, RNG just gives you random cards and if they're shit - you're fucked.

The card game is irrelevant. You don't even want to win. The MC gets what she needs through sexytimes after losing. The card game would be the worst if you could win it and bypass some H scenes.

A Robin's Flight has that, though the MC isn't being played all that closely (decisions available are not based on character stats). Caliross has a FMC that you can get into a position of power, and at least several quests for her when she gets there.

First you take their chief as hostage, then you interact with him.
For their chief to appear, you need to rebuild Carmelli first.

It's not about rebuild Carmelli, you need to start taking the battle to the barbarians, and winning.

I won again the barbarians have 100/100

but the game keeps tell me I need to wait for more update

Don't know 100/100 is even possible...
You didn't edit the save or anything?

Then you must have already saw the scene where the chief thinking about negotiation with you. You need to visit the barbarians, which will trigger the route for the further events.

Wait, no, if you have the "wait for more update " info showing up then you already have the Chief under your custody, go to Carmelli where the he's being hold.

I think that after 2 or 3 you can't progress it further in this update

then you already got all the nude meeting scenes in the game, in fact you unlocked all the existing scenes, excepted for last Gerard scene which was a bug and won't unlock in the current version.

I did post on my patreon but I supposed it's not a public post, there's very few people actualy saw it.
Long story short: Aiming to release at the end of the month, not guaranteed to happen though

Change Log:

-Repeatable H-events in the Carmelli reconstruction event chain, with the option to finish inside.
-New H-event in the barrack's morale raising options.
-Added the last Carmelli reconstruction H-scene's recollection version, which was left out in the last version.
-Changed the game icon.
-Added an extra control sheet in the game folder, since a lot of players didn't know those exist.
-Other minor changes and bug fixes.
