Wow, I really enjoyed this game and I can't wait for some updates. I consider it the most engaging adult game based on GoT and potentially the best. Here are the positives (many) and negatives (few) I found:
Positives
1) The story: the starting point is really interesting and can progress in many directions.
2) The narration: great phase and good style. Although I like many adult games made by Russians, I always find the concept and plot in their games are more interesting than the narration, generally a little bit bland.
3) Game genre: I love VN and I think this genre is perfect for this story.
4) Daenerys design: generally all the art compartment is great, but Dany is fantastic, both during dialogues and in the scenes.
5) Fetishes and sex scenes: although the game is just at the beginning, the presence of not a few sex scenes are very welcome, like the fetishes. I hope to see many more in the future.
Negatives
1) The title: my biggest complaint. I think it doesn't deliver the sex theme of the game and puts all the focus on Dany. I know some good ones have already been taken and I know is your decision, but I think something different will be more endearing.
Now only minor complaints:
2) Male designs: I didn't find them as inspired as the female ones.
3) The show instead of the book: I strongly prefer the books (who doesn't?), using the show you lose some great characters that will fit perfectly in a game like yours (Arianne Martell)and you don't have the true Euron.

Peronal tidbit.
Tyrion should be smarter. The fact that Tyrion was such a dumbass near the end of the show was one of my biggest annoyances with it. Mainly because he's a really compelling charachter.
I think that there is a lot of eroticism you can find in the charachters of game of thrones and their sexual identies. You might be tempted to just add in more cast members because it would be easy to do. But, you should start by boiling it down to your core cast and telling a really compelling narrative.
- Daenerys is a woman of incredible willpower and determination. She's sexy and she knows it. She can even work that sexyness to her advantage. But, she's also young and inexpierienced and can be corrupted by being shown new things.
- Jorah is CONFLICTED. He wants Daenerys. Dreams about her. OBsesses over. But, he also knows he cannot do what he wishes. He must be a knight. So Jorah is a man caught between obsession, love and duty.
- Tyrion is a small man whose been kicked around his entire life. He's filled with rage and he lusts for power as a means of saking that rage. He's like a ticking time bomb. He can be good and witting and charming, but we've all seen the monster he can become in his anger and selfishness. He is a good man, and a smart man. But, one whom the world has taken a great deal from.
One can easily imagine situations of great erotic and emotional intensity.
- Daenerys attempting to use sex as a weapon of seduction to hold up her power. But, caught up in the allure of the moment, losing control.
- Jorah, dreaming of her, lusting after what he would do to her. But, always pushing past the dream, determined to stay by her side.
- Tyrion, put into a position where Daenerys is confiding in him and looking to him for guidance. Forcing him to face a choice between being a good man...and getting the sex and power he was denied as a dwarf.
If I had some advices I would recomend as a fellow developer, it would be this:
1. Go back over all of the Tyrion bits and change his charachter to fit the troubled complex man that's so compelling. Less evil, less stupid. A Tyrion who is evil and stupid doesn't feel like Tyrion, and thus is robbed of the impact of his appearance.
2. You should add Obsession and Nobility stats to Jorah. Danny snubbing him increases obsession. Nobility is raised by making choices that raise your Jorah score, or by showing him respect. That way Jorah's behavior can be boiled down to three states:
Jorah = Lover
Jorah = Not-Lover, Honorable
Jorah = Not-Lover, Obessive
3. For Tyrion I'd do something similair, only not pair it to score. I'd give him the twin stats of "Rage" and "Goodness".
Low Rage and Goodness Tyrion is mostly passive.
High Rage and low Goodness Tyrion is shamelessly convicing to make Danny his personal plaything and to use an army to crush his sister.
Low Rage and High Goodness Tyrion is looking out for Danny's well being, and like Honorable Jorah, will help her in sticky situations.
High Rage and High Goodness Tyrion is conflicted and defined by his alternating between selfish hedonism and guilt for his actions. He'd still make Danny his pet, but he'd feel bad about it.
4. Make the sex scenes more creative and fit to the material.
- Sex in the throne room atop the throne. Sex on horseback. Bondage sex in the dungeons.
- If you're a lore nerd, set the sex scene inside a pleasure house? Maybe, a sequence where Danny wants to learn sex as a weapon so she's tutored by a Lysene or Younkai'ish whore. Intially she's learning for the sake of power, but then starts to like it?
- I think the role of slavery in the setting offers a lot of room to explore. You've already done some playing on "Breaker of chains becomes a sex slave". But, I think there's a lot more room to explore the topic.
5. Take your time with the cast. You don't have to rush to introduce new show charachters. If you do that too fast, you'll just be spread thin and it will make the game worse and more forgetable.
6. Drugging and magic can be fun. But, they're also cheap. If you want to give Daenerys a really satisfying corruption arc, build it on psychology. What train of events would make those willful queen, of her own FREE WILL, choose to become a chained slave? That's fertile story telling ground to explore.
TLDR: There's a good story here. But, you need to sit down and ask yourself "What makes this charachter so compelling in the book/show?" Because, the weakest point of the narrative you have here is the failure to capture what makes the charachters compelling.
