Strength competition just max out your strength (maybe the excersize xp as well) and lift the heaviest bolder. Achievement will pop after the day ends.

I think getting Jasmine in your harem requires you to get 20+ trust. Every time you advise her, you get 3 options. Picking one grants 1 trust, lust, or guts depending on your choice. I'm making a list of which responses to pick for each ending rn so I don't know how much leeway you get yet.

Jasmine story guide:

Each time you "advise" Jasmine, you increase her trust, lust, or guts by one point, depending on what dialogue option you pick. The ending you get is determined by these numbers at the end of the game. You only advise her 24 times, so you have to be very consistent at selecting the correct option.

The first ending you get for having all three stats below 20. It is the easiest to get accidentally and likely the first you'll get on your own. The second through forth endings are for having one stat above 20. No spoilers, I would save the "trust" ending for last.
Below is every advisory opportunity's dialogue choices and what stat they increase.
