Meh, too much of a hassle. I edited a save to have 100% of the photo book unlocked.
Though looking at the screens, not all renders in this game are in the photo book. Mostly just pinups.

Also its not just 3 outfits for the shopkeeper.
Topless, Bottomless, Swimsuit and Kinky are four outfits, and if you count the default outfit too its five outfits -.- Check your sources before writing something completely wrong.
