It doesnt matter what you I or the mods think. All that matters is what the government thinks. By supplying loli shota content we run risk of attaracting the pedophile community.
and if that happens best case scenario the government steps in to make sure no1 on this site has any real child pornography and worst case scenario the pedophile community ends up taking over and this actually ends up becoming a hub for pedos to communicate and share IRL child pornography.

Again this rule may suck but considering what could potentially happen if that rule isnt in place it simply isnt worth it

Urban Demons/AZL/UrbanXLife etc all have a shota protagonist. Nobody is able to provide an argument as to why those games are allowed and others aren't and that gives an illusion of favouritism, double standards and "it's popular so its ok!" type discrepancies.

We wrote the rule as best we could with input from F95 and all the mods. The overriding MOTIVATION behind Rule 7 is to prevent toddlercon and young loli/shota from being posted because of the nastiness that follows that content.
We tried to be fair and balanced so we made a compromise that we felt made sense. The trouble is- that compromise is what created the issue with clarifying the rule. Again, we really tried to define it, to be fair, and to protect all of us.
We even have a way for someone to say "I disagree" and we DO take it into consideration. We do discuss that. But remind yourselves of WHY we did this. Remember WHY we made the rule.
Again, our decisions are for the best of the site and are FINAL.

I'm not advocating for rule 7 to be removed, I think it's a necessary rule and if I want my loli content I'll just go to somewhere like sadpanda, but I do think that if games like IA are banned then Urban Demons and AZL should be banned as well. It's clear as day that they're kids and the game continuously hammers that notion in; it's undeniable.

It is the way a forum works, I can confirm. A point comes to change things as they are, but there is also a direction we are heading towards (have to, sometimes). This is why we got 'regulations', to keep us safe on the way. Rest assured those will not alter too much. Some content is to stay other stuff has to get wiped though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We are sticking to the general idea that they must show signs of sexual development. Think 14 and OLDER. Or about high school age.

Having roots with a registrar there are rules that site owners have to follow in order to keep the content alive, like we get that this is a pretty deviant community and it refers to hundreds of things that are offensive but we are talking about the kind of thing that gets the attention of international internet authorities (I'm not going to mention the I word because their name is like voldemort or beetlejuice if you say the name they know:confounded and ultimately gets a site banned and the registrants possibly investigated. We get it you have your kicks and there is other places you can get them but it is within the right and to most authorities it is the responsibility of a site owner to monitor and moderate their content blocking this sort of thing in order to keep their domain and site alive.
