The unlocking works but you still have to unlock the girls on the game, which can take a while if anybody is just planning to use this to check all the content.
Only the first 2 girls start unlocked.

This save works but heart events #5 for Satomi are locked everything else its ok, BUT, if you use the Gallery Unlock From Sharko987, you unlock these.
