Yeah... but they'd still got to put something there without/before the patch so maybe sometimes the dev doesn't feel like doing it is all.
I just finished 0.39... And it was good enough
I'm kinda disappointed with a couple of omissions...
Mom, Satomi's Mom, Mai/Toshiko 3P, Friends/Classmates
They had some good busts to go with -- I kinda wish they had either a full route or side scenes with them.
Friends/Classmates would be great to pair with Sara.
Satomi's Mom with Satomi and obviously Maiwith Toshiko.
These would all be great as room scenes.
Although I wouldn't mind adding half routes with 2 or 3 hearts for these characters.
Mom/Landlady could easily be done as a binary full harem ending or no love interest ending.
Iono... Its just sad that these are things missing that would make this a fully rounded masterpiece. Otherwise, yeah its a good game. I probably won't play full release if it doesn't have these tho.

Their intention was to only make a game where you could meet the girls from the original Quickie series.
They never wanted to do incest or cheating or going with one of the girl's mothers (yes, yes, I know Mai and Toshiko but iirc there was only a tenuous link between the two in the original flash games), and there was never going to be a harem, because the intention was to have the MC meet the girls and choose one to marry.
