Usually one game happens after its predecessor, as far as I can tell.
The order is, if I'm not mistaken, Satomi, Sara, Reika, Mai, Christmas Special, Toshiko, Victoria and Aria.

If you look at Reply #104 there is a mega folder that includes all the episodes released so far.
As for when future episodes are released, Oppai games give their premium builds to their patrons at the beginning of every month, making the episode available for the rest of the public at the 10th of each month, with the public release having fewer content.
As for when those future episodes are released here, it depends if anyone wants to share it.
