I realized it's been a while since the last post! I'm rushing to you with a development update! I've already surpassed
600 renders and over 20 animations. I'm getting close to the conference scenes and will start working on them soon. This month hasn't been the most productive, as it's currently summer in my part of the world and the heat has been tough. There were times when it was over 35°C outside, and in the room where I render the scenes, it easily reached 45°C
I'll be honest, back when I wasn't doing rendering yet, I didn't think that a computer could generate so much heat. Sometimes I feel like I'm sitting next to a radiator that's blowing hot air on my legs. It's actually quite pleasant when it's winter outside and I don't even have to turn on the heating at home, but in the summer, it can easily create a little hell... But despite everything, I'm satisfied with the progress I've made and that we're moving forward.
I also thought it would be a good idea to start a series of questions related to the Extra Scene, which is available for Bookmakers ($10) and higher tiers. We'll start, as always, with the question of who should be the main character or characters (yes, this time we'll give you the option to vote for a threesome) in the upcoming Extra Scene. Few words from Joshua:
Things are rolling along well. I've managed to make some great progress on the script, which is currently sitting at a bit over 100,000 words, once I pull out a lot of my notes and instructions to myself. I think the final script will be about 120,000, but the last 20,000 is actually the easiest, as it's all planned out in detail. As I've mentioned before, heavy branching can be tricky to keep everything aligned where it should be, but it makes for a more interesting story, even if I do have to bust out the notepad to scribble down some flowcharts to keep track of it all.
We figured around now is a good time to open up the floor to you guys to ask any questions you might have for us. Whether it's about how we make an AVN, our process, inspiration for characters, potential kinks or whatever, we'll do our best to answer it as long as it won't compromise the story. Like, if you ask 'will kink X be in the story?' we might say 'yes' but probably won't say with whom. Gotta keep a bit of mystery after all!
Just comment below with your question, and whether its for myself or Jachu (or both), and we'll respond to them in the next update.
And to whomever PM'd me a boob pic on reddit... I hope they were yours or that you had permission of the boob owner, but I appreciate the attempt at motivation. Everybody loves boobs.
