Hello everyone!
We have a release date! Race of Life Episode 3.1 will release on May 1st! As always, Champions ($100 tier) will receive it first, a week before the official release. Below you can see all the release dates for the various tiers. Gamblers (5$) will have access to the newest release on the official launch on May 8th. Also, remember that the Extra scene is available for Bookmakers ($10) and higher tiers! So if you're #team Jasmine and are curious about her scene in the car workshop (this scene includes 32 NSFW animation), remember that as a Gambler ($5), you won't have access to it! You'll need to be a Bookmaker ($10) or higher tier!
As you can see, we have created three new tiers dedicated to those who would like to help us "extra". Now you can also become a Street Racer for $30, a Grand Champion for $200, and a Racing Legend for $1000! I don't think the highest tiers will find any interest but some of you suggested it.
Many of you enjoyed the countdown to the launch with the previous update, so this time we plan to do something similar, yet a bit different!
Regarding the current status and numbers:
Additionally, you can expect 3 different lewd scenes featuring three different girls We'll write more about the update itself on the release day.
- All animations are ready, rendered, just a few tweaks left. You can expect 102 animations in this update, including 86 NSFW ones.
- As for the renders, the only thing left is the renders for the extra scene, which I will finish this week. I started the extra scene with animations, so all animations are ready, and the renders will go smoother because of it. Currently, there are 1730 finished renders.
- Beta testing has started. Uploading the music is what we'll be doing early this week. I can confidently say that 95% of the code is done, including a new app on the phone, one new mini-game (not annoying, so don’t worry). This update has certainly advanced in terms of the interface compared to previous ones. There is also a new UI that we've been working on, so if you haven't seen it while playing the demo on Steam, you'll have the opportunity now

I'm pleased that we managed to produce this update twice as fast as Episode 1, despite being similar in size and with my recovery after the surgery. I mean it's all subjective there are games out there I consider better visually while others wouldn't agree with me im sure. So it could be for him.are you seriously considering milkwomen to have "superior visual quality" than RoL?

unless as "superior visual quality" you consider (too) many useless animations and/or even more useless 8k, 4k, 2k...game versions
I get the feeling after the date she will be. To me she seemed excited to see the MC in the morning , sad he was gone and happy about the note she read. Maybe not totally nice all the time but I think more often until she fully accepts her feeling she still has for him.

I understand the sentiment, bro'. We can both agree they waste too much time on 4k visuals, when a smarter decision would be releasing a full 4k version after they finished the game, but in terms of visuals only, FW looks, to me at least, better than RoL currently does, but RoL is superior to it in terms of story, which is a more important advantage.
I'm sure that if these bois managed to release two big updates a year at this visual quality, they'd be making more money than Oppaiman do, and that would eventually mean better visual quality, but the story and the female characters more than make up for it, so I'd say the better quality here is the same as female beauty is, it's in the eye of the beholder.

This game is an eye-catching because of the renders and attractive models, story seems very interesting too but I think I'm gonna pass after playing for a bit because of two reason

Yeah that's why I dump the first LI asap. Tho I cant say I feel the same as you about the ex wife. I really like how you have to rebuild trust with her and fix your relationship throughout the game to even make her available as a LI, which feels really unique to me compared to most LI in other games. Not sure how far you played before you deleted the game but the rest feel like you will build a relationship over time but I totally get the whole not liking LI without buildup it's why I dislike LI that are too quick to have sex in other games

After the first Natalya scene, I feel like nah, I pass because even with the third girl even though they just met for the first time, well you know what happened. So no buildup with her too, it's like a porn movie plot now. When it comes to NSFW scene I think the dev needs a better writer coz it's such a shame the women in this game are all attractive.

ah yeah I forgot all about Natalya I passed on her. There really only feels like 1 girl that will have build up for sure. 2 if you count fixing a broken relationship. But yeah the third girl while she technically has no lewds with sex, things happens too quickly with her despite her being my 2nd favorite. So I fell ya there for sure. Yeah I do think lewds in this game is going to be one of those where the relationship building happens after the sex with all but like 2 characters. Which can work if done right but harder to pull off imo. Really only 1 LI in this game that makes me love this game the other keep me interested enough to check it out for curiosity sake but nothing else.

Steam release will happen after the release of Episode 3.2 on Patreon. We're still aiming for this year!
There's plenty of relationship play with first LI. It's a fairly complex relationship even if you do start off fucking from day 1. If you don't specifically playthrough to maintain that relationship then (wrt current update ) then you don't fuck again and the relationship breaks down. In a sense you have to save a relationship that's already on the ropes
Not every relationship has to be about starting at the beginning and forming a bond. In this case it's about the MC's lack of emotional availability and directing his own emotions and feelings whilst dealing with various other relationship priorities.
You have options. Work on current relationship. Rebuild broken relationship. Form new relationship. Fool around.
Seems more that you're just annoyed that the specific girl herself has a specific role in the story when you wish she had another one.

Also, I'm not really much a fan of Allison, but I do think the Allison situation poses an uncommon scenario as far as existing LI relationship tropes. If there is an ex-girlfriend or ex-wife situation in a VN, it seems like it's usually posed in a way where the ex-wife was the cause of the rift and she's trying to get the MC back... or maybe it was a mutual decision. It's rare where it's posed in a way where the MC was the one who fucked up and the LI has a legit reason to be pissed... It makes it so that it's incumbent on the MC make an effort to mend the relationship and/or rekindle the romance.
That's an interesting starting point that seems kind of underutilized in a lot of VNs and part of what makes this one stand out. Probably why Allison has so many fans despite way way hotter LIs

But anyways other than what you said I also would like to add on I like how unique Allison feels compared to other LI. Because it's rare to find a LI that you have to repair a broken relationship to even make her a LI and I really like that part of her character. It's probably my favorite thing about what makes her unique.
