To be honest, the devs made all of the LIs quite flawed, (which in itself is good writing), I think V's stands out because she is forced upon us and heavily weighted in the beginning.

V is insecure, jealous and clingy.
Allie is bitchy and grudgy (i know it's not a word, but she can hold a grudge).
Nat is made out to be an evil spy (whether she is one or not, we are suspicious of her motives)
Jasmine is immature, bossy and overly flirty.
And Maggie seems too nice, so they had to throw a hint of femdom in there. (With possibly more flaws to be revealed).

All of them, except maybe Maggie, have a lot of growing to do as people, which fits the story because so does MC. I'm looking forward to seeing the LIs develop alongside the MC.
That's why Kris is Best Girl. (Fuck, I really do have a type :ROFLMAO: )

As for the rest, you're basically spot on, but I'm not sure about Nat being evil, per-se. It'll all be revealed when the MC gets more done with his project I guess. I could certainly see a "She stole it!" "reveal" that basically everyone paying attention saw coming.

Personally, I don't think Nat is a spy or evil or anything rather than what she says. I know it's not a Hollywood movie, but the Devs are trying so hard to make us think that she is the bad guy, I'm convinced it's a red herring.

In my opinion she is a spy or an intelligence officer, of some sort. She knew about the MC's project before he told her about it and slipped up about that, twice. Once in the bar when he first meets her, and again when he's over at Coop's house. She plays off her knowledge the 2nd time as "Oh, I was talking to Cooper / Camille". She slips up again in the car when she mentions "operations".

However, she also goes out of her way to help the MC secure funding and influencial contacts to help the project along. She clearly wants the project to succeed, or at least progress to a certain point. The only thing we don't know is why, and who she's working for, if anyone.

I'm going to assume the outcome of the whole thing will depend on how many points the MC has with her when the point of no return is reached. I don't think she's "evil" though, so even with an influence failure I don't think she'd completely fuck the MC over.

Of course, I could also be wrong and the whole thing could be a total red herring like you said. :ROFLMAO:

I can't explain why I think it, it's just the overall vibe. I know I'm pretty much the only person that thinks it's all a setup and she's totally innocent (perhaps I'm giving the devs too much credit while I'm expecting an interesting & surprising twist). But I'm keen to see where it all ends up, and I won't be disappointed if I do turn out to be wrong.

After you first mentioned it and the first 1/2 of chapter 3 I started to move away from the whole she is a spy thing.

This talk about Nat being a spy is a surprise to me, I didn't pick up on anything like that at all. I didn't do a new playthrough for the recent update though so now I guess I have to start over and look for the clues. I didn't really pay a ton of attention to her, its possible I might have skipped events with her if I had to choose between her or Jasmine, Maggie, or Allie (if it has to do with their daughter.)

Normally I always do a new playthrough for new releases but I was trying to avoid it with this game because I don't understand any of the racing jargon so the races & gambling is all just random choices and reloading saves. (Although now that I know about URM I can just peek at the code.)

She slips up in her talk with camille too (when she already knows lily and her name). The thing is it would be kinda conflicting as she seems intelligent but is such a bad spy lol

Im kinda 50/50, either obvious spy or obvious red herring :ROFLMAO:

Maybe natalya accidentally overrun lily and tries to help because she feels guilty :ROFLMAO:

It’s going to come out at the end, that she is not in fact a Russian spy. But a hot chick with high-functioning autism (and/or savant syndrome). Mark my words.

I'll keep her away from the battery project, even though if she is in fact a "spy" (still sus for me, way too eager about anything related to MC and his work), I'm sure she'll get her hands on it anyway sooner or later regardless of what the player does... so then he has to go all in on the racing stuff to get enough money since he won't be able to sell the project any more. If it turns out she is not involved in anything like that at least I'll have a new path to play, but not before that. I'm still saving V for a later time too, don't like her too much.

Ironically enough I’m doing the exact same thing. Though the potential cuck-queen feisty lover path has me playing the V route too since this update.

It is truly a crime. Jake invited Alison to the conference by tempting her with a sauna, bathtub and massage. And yet, there isn't a single scene where Alison enjoys any of that

Well, someone DID try and hack into his lab's computer. If he's keeping any files on there it'll end up coming out that they got them that way or something.

As for V, she strikes me as being 1 step away from becoming a crazy cat lady. She's basically :

Like, she's viewing MC as her last chance, and she's coming across as WAY too fucking desperate to make it work. Which is a shame, because she's probably really nice, but she's just too damn annoying and she can't compete with the younger models for looks unless the whole MILF thing is what you're after.
I'd pick her over Allison, but that's mostly because Allie is a complete bitch that just has to fucking get her digs in all the time and twist the knife in every single fucking conversation. I completely understand the MC cheating on her (not that I think it was the right thing to do, mind you).

She can definitely compete on looks. She’s an absolute bombshell. Girl’s got curves for days.

If she wasn’t hoisted upon you from the get-go I doubt the people would feel so negatively about her. 6 months into a situationship is a perfectly good time to demand commitment or cutting it off.

From her point of view it’s “I want to be there for you and your daughter, but I need commitment from you to make that commitment from my side.” Especially after the “accident”. She wants to throw her full support behind someone who has been stringing her along for 6 months.

The only problem for us as the player is that we simply don’t get to experience any of that. So it feels like she’s forcing herself upon you. She invokes a “bitch wtf do you mean 6 months?! I don’t even know you!”

I’m talking purely about the first few episodes. Not the last one.

Again, sure, if you're into the MILF thing. But if not, she has practically zero appeal.

You're right, it is perfectly reasonable, but it's why I, and most others, fucking despise starting a game when the MC is already in a relationship of some sort. For example, speaking as someone who never, EVER picks the "landlady" in (totally not) incest games, I would never have picked her to begin with. And now I have to end up feeling guilty about dumping her, because despite everything, including her future ownership of at least a dozen cats, she does seem like she's actually very nice, but I just have zero interest in her.

Yeah, personally I hate it too. Part of me feels the dev did it on purpose to soften the blow with the ex-wife.

For you the MILF thing mostly means a curvy woman? It doesn’t to me, but if that’s what you mean I understand now.

(I would call the ex-wife a MILF too)

The older, curvy (the word voluptuous comes to mind) usually WAY overly large tits and ass types, yes. The "older" part is important, though. Like, Alexa and Natalya are both "curvy", but I certainly wouldn't classify either as a MILF.
