The thing is not only that she's a virgin, but that she also got her child at 18 being single. What about studying and income?

My point is the game is not realistic, for several things. Nothing wrong with that. Some games are more grounded than others, this one is not. It's better to be informed.
I mean she is not doing the same thing as 500 million other women

But she is unique. Not at all unrealistic. Her particular upbringing of religious zealots who she wanted to be free of. So she is nervous about sex and men but knows she wants a kid, to be a mom. That all makes sense for several reasons if you imagine that scenario for a young woman in rural USA with evangelical parents. She uses whatever money to get a child but is not sure at all about sex after being told how evil, wrong and sinful it is. She is freeing herself from all of that but it does not happen overnight. Seriously it is very realistic. The hardest part of it is only the money for the procedure but no one monitors what you do with loans for University. So even that isn't a stretch.

That's for the USA. I do not know what setting is intended. But just saying.

Very possible.

What I find a bit ridiculous about the whole "virgin mother" thing is that unless Brooke had a C section (and judging by her model she hasn't), her hymen would be gone after childbirth. The game has an option to show blood when the MC is deflowering women (even though its only once so far) but that should already be eliminated for her even though shes of the few "virgin" characters. If that's the case, then whats the point? Not my kink so maybe I'm just not seeing it the same way.

Like last night I got to the part where MC and Jade have their first night together. It was hot to say the least, and the model for Jade is very well done, so that side of me wasn't disappointed, but story line wise it just really seemed odd.
You're not the only one who thinks this. There seems to be a developing pattern of introducing ("crazy") characters that are only there for the player to see some sex scenes as the story with earlier characters gets slowly developed. Wasn't a fan of Vanessa and Jade with how they were introduced as they both seem "off" to me. Vanessa's explanation after the fact seemed more like the writers were backtracking trying to justify/make up for what they wrote before (Same with the neighbor's wife). Definitely hot scenes, but even the MC says it (depending on your choices), you don't stick your dick in crazy.

Yeah I actually did a separate save just to see what the Jade option was. My initial play through had me avoid her. I think if Jade had been introduced earlier in the story I would have made some different decisions but for me the story already has too many "distractions" (don't know if that's the right word) from the main focus, which is the triplets. I've turned down Vanessa as well. So I do like that you can walk away from some of these LI's.
Again, I'm with you on this. A harem with a ton of women sounds great, but if they keep adding new characters (which seems to be a habit with the writers) the game is either going to take forever to get anywhere with any of them or it'll feel shallow introducing them and then ignoring them to continue with whoever is the "main focus". Even given the option to ignore them (which I do like) makes it seem like they're throw away characters.

Yeah that's one of my main issues with a lot of these games. I've just recently (within the last month) found these. Previously I didn't know they existed. I know about some of the artwork but didn't know the games were there. As a writer I find myself torn. On the one hand I do like the abundance of sexuality and never ending fantasy fulfillment that happens with these games but I also really do like the story aspect of things.

I think people who are into virgins aren't as much interested in tearing a hymen with their dick and seeing blood come out of her pussy, but rather primarily they like the idea of taking a girl before any other man touched her, so she is pure for MC. And that aspect is still intact for Brooke.

All porn games have a certain dose of escapism and fantasy otherwise they would be very boring to play
Moreover, realism usually turns out pretty sad. Most of us are not going to take it well if a person we get in a relationship with cheats on us or even suggests that they want another person to join. I have seen a handful of projects that handle it 'realistically' most of them end with a sad 'you lose and are alone' ending. That's a serious boner killer.

But almost all media is realistic and unrealistic. We want the person writing our taut military sci-fi thriller to have served in the military, so they can give us the details that draw us into the world. But at the same time, no one wants to hear about how BORING being a soldier is 99% when you aren't under fire. Porn is no different. People want to be thrilled and entertained. It's not a bad thing.

But realism has nothing to do with being sad, lonely and depressed, whoever thinks like that has a serious problem

I agree with your sentiments but I also would prefer this than being forced to sexually assault people while they sleep in otherwise interesting eVNs lol

If you two-time your significant other and actually care about them, you're probably going to end up sad and lonely after they dump you for cheating on them. Unlike in a game, where they typically jump at the chance to be in a poly-amorous relationship with you and x number of other girls and OBVIOUSLY absolutely no other men besides you (the player).

Reality can be stranger than fiction, I've literal twins and sets of friends throw themselves at me for poly-amorous shit. It's not my thing, threesomes are a headache, a nightmare of logestics. And women get jelouse of eachother no matter what.

So far it's took them 5 months to do those 10 first scenes, and they really think they can finish the other 10 scenes before the end of this month? :WaitWhat:
Depends on how much work is left on the last 10 scenes. There might be enough carry over they can finish them faster. IDK. I guess we'll see when next month comes.

If those last 10 scenes are just a couple of lines of dialogue long and a couple of images, sure it can be done but if they are actual scenes then there is no chance and it will show once again that they are lying to their supporters.

Possibly. I honestly don't know why people get so worked up over it. I was a supporter for a while back when it first came out. Decided the progress was too slow for the money, so now i wait for it here. *shrugs*

Both of your examples wrote stories that they wanted to tell not because they gave in to writing what someone told them to write. For example, Stephanie Meyers was criticized heavily by feminists for her writing style and her reinforcement of gender roles. She didn't give in to that criticism and continued writing what she wanted to write. And we saw how successful she became. If she gave into her critics who knows if she would have gained the same success.
My citing of those two authors was merely to point out that, contrary to Son of Durin's rather silly statement ("Make something that sucks (other than a vacuum or sex toy) and you won't make money at that"), they both made a lot of money creating things that are absolute dogshit.
