Well, played through all the content that's been released now and amusingly enough, besides the (seemingly forced) relationships to your daughters (specifically Liv), I couldn't really find any LI's that didn't feel weird to initiate something with.

Brooke is incredibly naive and also an employee so the whole skewed power-dynamic feels pretty offputting to get romantically involved with her.

Vanessa just has a lot of shit she's going through, taking advantage of that feels like a dickass move. She needs a friend more than anything else.

Mira, again, is an employee and the power-dynamics just isn't comfortable.

Jade has.. clearly some issues, and again would likely benefit a LOT more from a friend (and a professional psychologist). She is cute though, a shame.

Rachel somehow creeps me out. I realize that it probably wasn't meant to be portrayed as such, but her behaviour around the situation with her and her husband and the MC just makes it feel like she has a darker ulterior motive.

The only LI's I kind of got an interest in were Natalie and Leah, since they're on somewhat equal footing and seem like interesting characters, but then again they also have absolutely no content. I suppose that model (Tiffany?) could be interesting but I didn't really get a feel for her character in the small scene she was in.

Not even going to go into Norah or Alita either, both look WAY too young.

They are just really petites girls man :ROFLMAO:
I didn't type anything in regards as to what they are, rather than what they look like and that I ain't into that shit. No need to get defensive about it to justify your own tastes.

And the essay for the girls It's not bad, but you kinda forgot that It's a porn game :BootyTime:.
I mean it's an AVN, there are plenty of AVN's that don't have much erotic content and focus more on the VN side (i.e Summer's Gone) so saying that it's somehow a pre-requisite to only think with your dick in regards to these games is a bit disingenuous.
Like, I'm not going to get involved with characters I don't feel like getting involved with if I have a choice in the matter and the fact that it's an AVN shouldn't somehow force me.
AVN's rely on the writing and renders to entice players towards certain LI's and if the writing just makes things feel uncomfortable then what's the point of that specific LI?

Ehhh I didn't get defensive lol I was just joking everyone who has half a brain knows what they are

And well, it depends on taste, I suppose, to me avns like Summers Gone seem like melodramatic nonsense with great renders, in any case you should know that the relationships would be uncomfortable for you, since the premise is about a father kinda grooming his daughters.

And seems unfair to me, to expect that all the avns are going to have that dramatic approach with "depthh" characters bro, not all the creators want that, some will just want to make something more light hearted and pornish.

Oh absolutely, Summer's Gone is very dramatic but it has a lot of very realistic characters and scenarios in it (excluding some of the more out there ones, like vandalizing the rich kids car with Bella and whatnot) and that's where the strength of it lies. If the character writing and development were lacking in any way with that game, it'd fall flat quite fast. But, to each their own, the AVN's I've noticed that I've enjoyed the most have been the ones with very solid writing and characterization of LI's and MC's.

Yeah, the MC and the (again, seemingly forced) relationships with the daughters is uncomfortable and MC is generally a piece of shit for it, even going full pure there's a lot of weird dynamics going around but it doesn't mean that I can't look towards the other LI's and see the game from a wider viewpoint.
I could've absolutely yeeted the game as soon as the MC started being inappropriate with the daughters but I also feel like it'd be a bit fucked if I just had a knee-jerk reaction within 10 minutes of the game without exploring to see if you can de-escalate the relationships with the daughters (which seemingly isn't a thing, but now I know atleast) and perhaps see if there were any LI's that could shift the dynamic of the game (i.e, maybe there was an LI that would make the girls back off).

Vanessa just has a lot of shit she's going through, taking advantage of that feels like a dickass move. She needs a friend more than anything else. Didn't take advantage of her. But will be as we get another chance and the juices will flow

Mira, again, is an employee and the power-dynamics just isn't comfortable. Will bang 24/7

Jade has.. clearly some issues, and again would likely benefit a LOT more from a friend (and a professional psychologist). She is cute though, a shame. Oh well I'm terrible put a bun in the oven mybad

Wants baby no problem giving her one

This is what I love about the writing for Radiant. I play the lust route (except with Maddie, girl needs a father, not a daddy). The MC's inner thoughts and the way he tries to justify himself is full on groomer-logic. Except for that time we bought a vibrator for Maddie. That was... a trip of logic. The writer feels like he read how pedos and groomers think and justify themselves in order to flesh out the MC. At least in the lust route. I have not played the darkness route or the pure route. That's what makes Radiant my favorite in the dialogue writing department out of the four porn games I play (Eternum, Radiant, Desert Stalker, Masters of Raana). The writing for the girls though have some clear porn-logic moments.

Radiant has decent writing in general, or at least I enjoy it. If it had bad writing I wouldn't even bother playing it like I do with dozens of games, it obviously has a lot of problems and is far from being top, but for the type of game that it is, i think It's ok, and although it's strange to say it, for me the biggest problem is that first chapter, it made people believe that this would be a melodramatic game lol.

And you should play more games, there are some gems in this forum although not that many and some are abandoned lol.
