Honestly dude, people get way overexcited about anything new on here.That I can understand, but as I kept seeing peoples making comments of "how deep the game mechanics are" already, well that got my hopes up a bit too much. So yes, I did ask if their comments was about a more developped version that I didnt have access to
And now that it is answered, I will patiently await the next versions to see if this feels to me like a game I would pledge to
Don't get me wrong, this game is off to a great start and looks like it should be awesome, but the comments would make you think it's the best VN ever created.

Doesn't it go by taste???? If a gamer is into teen girls, then obv this game can be a paradise and therefore will be hyped up considerably. If a gamer is into milfs, some other mature niche, or has daughters of his/her own, then maybe this game would be a turn off or even an abomination.

Most of the comments about how great/average/bad it is have as an underlying assumption that the reader of the comment understands that people are talking about the introductory chapter of a novel currently in construction. Moreover, this maybe just me who usually hope too much, the reader also understands that theme and setting of the novel are taken into account.
Only if you read the comments without any context or previous assumptions you can get to such a strong conclusion.
EDIT: damn I definitely cannot write anything. Took me 7/8 edits to write a simple paragraph. I am really starting to believe I am dyslexic or something. hope It is clear this time.

My two cents about the hype is, in my opinion, it is one of the best introductions i have played. What is gonna keep me coming back to play it though is the Dammed explaining that the main character can romance, seduce, and impregnate the daughters not the depths of the mechanics.

I just don't believe that's the case. There are 102 reviews on this game already and the hype is extreme. People going absolutely crazy over the story for example, which is pretty much cliche after cliche, as if it's some kind of masterpiece.
Again, I'm not hating on the game. I like the game a lot. All I'm saying is a lot of the guys who post here are thirsty dudes desperately waiting for their next fix of something decent. This first version exceeded a lot of people's expectations, is high quality compared to many games here that have been in development for years, has some very popular kinks along with very attractive models, and for that reason is being hugely overrated by most of the people reviewing it.

Well, I am not speaking about reviews. I don't review unfinished projects (and usually do not take those into account either unless special conditions happen). Sometimes nothing make sense in a story until you reach the ending or other things happen that totally change the perspective of the novel.
So my comment was about comments (sounds like a loop haha). And, while I cannot truly speak for others, I always assumed comments were created with those assumptions. If I read "this is a great visual novel, totally fantastic" I will not compare it to Steins Gate or Rewrite but I will compare it to other first releases of same setting/theme novels.
But again, I think we are disagreeing with how other people make their comments. And to be fair, it is possible you are totally right. My assumption was always otherwise. But true is we may never know.

3 "teenie cuties" wink wink...check. They're sisters, also the main protag's daughters and all 4 are living together....check. I don't need to come up with one more box to check for all of us to understand why there's already been reviews and hype through the roof. Those 2 items alone will have people salivating. I do agree its stupid to review a game that's this early on however.....
I've already fucked 2 of the 3 daughters in Ecchi Sensei though (and the 3rd is well on the way). There's a structure for a good game here, but not nearly enough content for the lavish praise that has been heaped upon this so far. It's a competent start, as I said in my previous post in this thread.

Def not enough content (early in dev time,so….) but I think its irrelevant because the lavish praise is because of the possibilities, the models and themes. Lets not lie to ourselves here. The "teen" niche in porn is an insanely popular one. When you have a game like this that seems to want to push the boundaries within that niche, you will have lavish praise. I mean, the game lets you choose the age for the girls. That alone pushes the boundaries within its niche. Easiest way I can say it without being way too blunt.

I wouldn't just go on to say that this is the best game ever made because it's obvious that it's just starting off but the thing why people consider it's great because it's premise and plot are actually intriguing and unique and even some minutes with the characters feels like a breath of fresh air. The start off of this game is very promising and finally something if not unique then fresh.
The way you said it's cliche and all that I completely disagree with you. Only games like acting lessons, depraved awakening, city of broken dreamers and the deluca family are the games along with this one that are giving unique and intriguing premise while others are following same overbloated college life and family type of game with introduction of new characters to carry the plot forward with nothing new to offer... I am not saying there's anything wrong to follow those story arcs sure with great renders and superb animations they are indeed smash hit titles but so is call of duty with the same thing over and over..
Yes I agree with you about those staggering reviews already praising it as some kind of holy grail but I completely disagree with you at the point you started referring it to be cliche or some 'simple premise'.

The success the game so far have reminds me of My Sweet Neighbors.
3 years ago that game came out of nowhere and together with PL,made a small storm.
Of course because it was not an incest game didn't reach the same hype as DMD,DOD or BB.
But still was impressive.

Cliches exist for a reason. Sage, the girl from your profile picture is a living "I am obsessed with my boyfriend even though he mistreats me and shoots steroids which resulted in a tiny broken dick" cliche (odd choice btw, but h'okay). We've seen that shit in every college/sports movie ever created. And that's not even me casting stones at the game she's from (which you could argue is far more or at least equally riddled with cliches) because once again, I don't view "cliches" as inherently bad and I actually liked what I've played of said game. It's about how we use them/how they are executed in the context of the story. And to those wondering why this game seems "overrated," has anyone considered the insane possibility that... that... players had a lot of fun? A video game, visual novel, whichever you prefer to call it is in essence created to entertain. Just because you weren't as entertained as others (or because seeing something receive a lot of praise inspires you to examine it with a fine tooth comb) doesn't mean it's less entertaining than others have perceived it or even less entertaining than other games. You are presenting your subjective opinions as if they are facts.
Adding to the insane notion that people had a lot of fun here are some things to consider as to why people enjoyed the game (more than you) or why it may be "overrated" (in your opinion). And I'm stating this as a player who loves many of the games in this genre... not as a developer. For me these are things that would get me pretty fucking excited/invested in a new game from the getup:
1. They enjoy the basis for the plot and the setup for the game.
2. They developed a strong attachment to the characters in a short span of time.
3. They enjoy the fetish content or the setup for the planned fetish content.
4. They really like the physical appearance of the female characters.
5. They really like the artwork or style of art.
6. They enjoyed the writing.
7. They enjoyed the story so far.
8. They enjoy the narrative genres such as drama, humor, etc.
9. They enjoyed the sex scene(s) and/or animations.
10. They enjoy the setup for the "gameplay" or choice system.
11. They enjoyed the gameplay already implemented.
I could keep going and expand that list to 20 pretty easily, maybe even 30 or 40, but I think that is sufficient to demonstrate my point that yes... there are valid reasons for players to give the game a high rating or express excitement/anticipation. And it really baffles me how many people seem interested in "raining on their parade." You know what they say... if you want something done better? Do it yourself. Though I must admit I'm a tad skeptical that you could based on your inability to "read the room" alone. In the meantime... there's zero point in trying to subtly shame people because they are more passionate about something than you are.
