i found the solution:

• Kaiser Chapter 2 – The Brother (Gift: Parvati’s Gift) – Location: Cattle Clan
• Talk to Parvati and the back of the High Shrine (Where Canine Deity is), then collect her present from Thayer and deliver it to the Cattle Clan
• Harmi & Ari – The Cattle Husbands (Gift: Milking Pump) – Location: West Farms
• Talk to Harmi at west farms (Post Kaiser Chap2 only) and deliver the letter to the Milking Heaven store in the cattle clan
• Hathor – The Cattle Deity (Gift: Harmi&Ari’s Milk) – Location: Cattle Manor
• After completing The Cattle Husbands seduce, talk to Harmi and he will give you their jars of milk to deliver to The Cattle Deity.

thats the changelog but talking to Parvati doesnt trigger anything for me.

Have you completed chapter 1? Art and Health class are only available in chapter 2

ok thanks. i remember i got both the applications for doing the job in the first chapter in a previous run, so i tought that there was a bug, cause those jobs i need for seducing some characters

It just opened up for me after I talk to the mom.

for the mom talk to start, kaisers chapter one scene and kibana's seduce must be complete i think

Latest update has a preview of a married couple (M/F) in Yamazaki Village, so yeah looks like there's some more planned for the future. I assume you'll be able to fuck either or both of them.
