As portraits are static you could reduce their size in the slave room to show more girlson a single screen.

New captured girls would be affected to "Nothing", not harem. Affecting girls would be a player choice.

On the sacrify screens you may only show non affected girls. If you affect a girl to harem or brothel there are nor real reason to sacrify them :)

Currently, you can buy slaves, train them up and sell them back at a profit. Marginal and unneeded at the moment, but present. You earn a few hundred gold per rotation.

I thought that was simply a mechanic of the game to make money, like in many other slave training games.

It would be if it the loop was to obtain slave from raids, for example, then train them and sell. That's fine.

But in this case, it is buy the cheapest slave. Train sell back, buy the next, and continue until you have sold back the whole stock.

Nice game Dev,

It's still lacking in some area but it's still good. (y)

Here's my list of things that can be improved :
- Get specific slave apparence/trait according to the capture location.
Exemple : Get tribes girl by attacking tribe, get priestress by attacking temple, farmgirl/guard/villager in town (and so on).
- Adding a newly enslaved (dressed) and broken (nude) AI image of the slaves. (i know it may be hard to do because of the IA)
- Vampiric countess slave ! :love:
- Unique slaves !
- A more ergonomic main menu, because there of lot of clicking involved just to do something.
- A world map in the raid menu with all locations accesible.
- Allowing the player to rename slave and adding a "favorite" flag.
- Possibility to change MC apparence ?
- More room to build adding buff or allowing to get ressources or slaves each turn without raiding ?
- Add the requirement to build the brothel and/or limiting the number of slaves that can work here.
- Also did you plan on adding pregnancy and monster content ?

The IA art is good what IA are you using ?

Working on most of the slave things you are suggesting right now, but making unique slave textures for all of them will take a while (there are a lot). So they probably won't be in 0.2 alpha (which I hope to give out in 1-2 weeks), but maybe in 0.3.

A more ergonomic main menu, because there of lot of clicking involved just to do something.
It will probably get worse next update, but I'll try to slim it down after that!

  1. Pregnancy - do not know if the AI can handle that to well, but if it can then yes (although in the future)
  2. Monster - it is maybe coming. I'm adding floor guardians and changing combat to be more focused around defense then offense. And guardians are often monsters. So there is potential, but only if the AI plays nice. It can do tentacles decently okay:
But it does struggle with everything else. So we'll see.

And as some extra. I'm aiming for the game to be 2 things: combat and slave management. So buying low, training, and selling high could be a mechanic - but that does not really fit the whole "big bad evil vampire raiding and raping" vibe. Instead I want resources (like money) to come from things that the BBE would do in something like DnD. So not "buy and sell", but "Rape and Pillage" XD

I would suggest traits to slaves, if you want that mechanic or more emphasis on store watching.

Examples:
Exotic slaves that only the market provides. This can be shown in art or have some mechanical benefit.

If we are leaning towards the mechanical path, something to enhance the rate of blood production from that particular slave. Or dip into some new mechanic/resource.

idk virgins if people are into that.

To add a bit on the monster front. I started by thinking of ideas, trying to get the AI to do it, failing fucking miserably (which means wasted token, which means wasted money), crying, and then trying again. That did not really work. Now I try to see what it can do and then working backwards (aka thinking of how to make spells, and other shit the guardians need based on the images). This has given some better result, but a cool fucking design does not mean good sex scenes:

For example:
1. Cthulhu looking mother fucker - Tentacle rape, Great!
2. Giant fallen angel - how does one fuck?
3. Succubus - it is just a woman so fucking can happen, but not a monster (womp womp).

Exotics could actually be fun. Having something like cat girls that can only be bought, which could be the vampire equivalent to a rich guy buying a tiger lmao. If something like that would be added it won't come soon, but hey we will see what the future holds.

And traits are 100% coming something in the future. Not in 0.2, because that will be all combat. But like I said I want the game to be combat and slave management, and that means that 0.3 will probably be more slave focused so probably then (or not we will see).

But maybe this was not clear, but the web version needs a server. Godot does not spin up a local server like other game engines can. to run the web locally you need to:
1. Run a local server in the terminal (or some other way). For example with "python -m http.server 8000".
2. AFTER THAT open the index file by clicking or dragging into a browser.

Otherwise you get the "you are offline", because well you are offline.

I should probably have explained that in op... my bad.

Ah, that makes sense. I think. Not familiar with python at all, so...

Anyway, game looks nice, though the upgrades upgrade a little too much. One or two upgrades with a 100 heart girl (12 blood) already boosts spell damage into the triple digits, and through that you can win most battles in a single click.

Speaking of clicks, it takes a while to heart the girls up (one heart per click to 100/100) and once your prison is up to 10 slots that can add up to quite a lot of clicking. Didn't really know how to get their Obedience up or even what it was supposed to do, but my prison eventually was full with a dozen slaves on 50/100 Obedience, 100/100 Heart and 5/5 orgasm counters and the game said they'd all sell at 1000 which i suppose is the cap for now.

Girl wise... the AI images look great actually. The Temple girls often defaulted to the black robed one regardless of who you fought, but that seems to match the one CG set per location theme. Would be nice to have the slave girls resemble what it is you were fighting though to emphasize the raiding and pillaging and you could get something of a price modifier going based on rarity, though a downside of that is that you'd soon end up with a prison filled with identical quintuplets because they'd sell for the most.

Another option i've seen in a similar game is to have a slave that you had grinded up to full hearts fight alongside you for potential threesome scenes and encourage you to go after the ones you scouted with exceptionally high stats for their zone in order to get a good ally. They'd have their own ability they'd keep spamming (DPS, damage dealing, healing/damage mitigation etc.) and potentially tie into the "turn them into a spawn/full vampire" option of, y'know, playing a vampire yourself.

Won't complain about the variety in poses (it's a 0.1 alpha after all) and i'll assume there will be more variety in later versions. Either way, looks pretty solid for a 0.1 :)

Obedience maxes at 50 (more ways to increase it coming next update). And the bunny resource (libido) in this version should max out at 10, although that might change.
Just FYI, I got one with 55 obedience from a raid.

And regarding the market cycle for slaves, you could also resolve that problem by making a trait called market fresh, which would prevent selling (or greatly reduce value for selling) until a certain amount of rounds had passed.

Before:
Slave #1 is bought for 300 gold, is trained up and sold for 500 gold.
After:
Slave #1 is bought for 300 gold, is trained up and if sold then, would sell for 100 gold. If 3 rounds pass, would sell for 500 gold.

This is another way to solve the problem of just using the market to bypass what I believe is intended as the core gameplay loop of raiding.

Hmm.... I'd say you could make it so that virgins sell for more, meaning you'd be encouraged to offload a few captives in preparation for the next raid, but still ultimately get less for a slave than if you trained her all the way up.

So to use your example of 300 gold:
- Base worth is 300
- If virgin, sells for 400
- If virginity is taken, price drops to 200.
- If then trained up, she sells for 500.
- The store would have a 50% markup, so the buying price of a 300 base non-virgin slave would be 450 gold.

That way, you can still make something of a profit, but it's generally more cost effective to get your own, unless it's a certain type of slave only seen in stores and unable to be gotten through raiding. That would i believe make the slave market a bit more dynamic and, with what i mentioned earlier to have a fully trained up slave accompany their master, essentially be made into a way to get some really expensive slaves in the market with abilities you cannot otherwise get, acting as a gold sink of sorts.

As for Obedience... Looking at it more closely, i feel the cap just increases by +5 every time we expand the cells. Did you have 11 slave cells by any chance?
