This part of the series has not only improved graphics, but also excellent voice acting of the characters and, importantly, simple and clear mechanics. It's unrealistically cool! I really liked Rance VI and Rance Quest, especially the story, but the mechanics with limited points were sometimes infuriating. So you gathered a group with Rance and went to clear some large dungeon. And at the most inopportune moment, your best fighter or healer suddenly ran out of action points. He or she declares, "I'm tired, I'm leaving." And that"s it, until the end of this quest, these members of the group cannot be used. And in Rance 03, this idiocy with limiting action points and collecting for the sake of gathering is gone! Glory to Hanny King!
Both the main plot and various small events were one continuous pleasure for me. The protagonist of the game himself attracted attention to himself until the very end. It was never possible to predict what kind of fortune this asshole would throw out this time. I literally laughed from such moments when Rance came up with the idea of using Felisse as a personal flying transport. And he also had fun seeing how he slipped Lona a fake lover for the sake of returning a set of armor. I was captivated by the mission where you need to ride a tank and the player is confronted by brother and sister Rovert and Sepia Landstar.
Rance himself, his allies and opponents are worth each other. Among them there are both types of a "noble knight" and outright assholes. I was captivated by the voice acting of Colonel Model and the already mentioned Rovert. Almost every line of these dudes can be pulled apart into memes. Rovert's phrase before the battle in the gorge: "Sister, you are the most precious thing in the world for me. For you, I am ready for literally anything... For any sacrifices... For your sake, I'll go fight with my trousers on...", worthy to carve on a granite slab, lol.
For this and many other things, I would call the third part of the series the best of the RPG line (not counting the two strategies, Sengoku Rance and Kichikuou Rance).

How to get king card for king course? I already beat super course and according to rance 03 walktrough, you need meet TADA in Hanny Building, I already did that but I don't get any king card at all? can anyone help?
Sorry, it's been a while since I completed this but it does sound like you should be able to get it. Maybe you need to speak to the Hanny priestess again? Or you need to advance the main plot?
Okay, you're right about my problem, I wasn't progress far enough on main plot when I tried to meet TADA to get king card, after I continued main plot, I finally able to get it. Thank you for your advice!
