this game DOESNT RUN AT ALL IF YOU HAVE MULTI MONITOR SETUP.
so if you have multiple monitors, just turn off the others or in windows projection settings, choose either PC screen only or Second screen only (you can quickly change this setting by hitting win+p)

My hero, was wondering wtf happened, then I turn off my 2nd monitor and bam it launches
