I really enjoy the game, but sadly in my country adult games are blocked from Steam. If the Dev is reading this, another option to buy the game would be nice, otherwise the pirate's life is the life for me.

I tried that and failed miserably. There are so many things to consider beforehand. Now I have an account that is useless because I should have created everything from scratch while in VPN mode. So since the account was created beforehand the store region is locked in and you can only change it by buying something in that new country you are living in (that would be the legal way). And who knows if Steam doesn't decide to outright ban my account after that anyway. There is a video showcasing how to change it to Argentina, but this is too much of a hassle for one porn game. I'd rather not buy it at all with the way things are, that's why I was wondering if the Developer can't sell on alternative platforms or do the smart thing to make it non-adult on steam and sell a seperate patch, like some japanese games do already.
Damn I wish the scenes were with the cartoon drawings instead of the 3D-esque art. Has there been any talk of a game that would have the 2D art for the sex scenes?

Same, tbh. The 2D art in this game is phenomenal, especially when compared to the... interesting animated art and the scene art that's been steadily declining in quality as the game has gone on, which has filled me with much sadness.

For someone who played the game, I got a big question. How much impact does it have to murder the girls you come in contact with?
I'm curious how the game is designed. Is it a bunch of unimportant characters that you can be altruistic and help. Or evil and murder-rape-eat?
Or are they important characters (some, not all) and you're actively crippling yourself by playing in a way that the games deems "intentional"?

Depends what you mean by "Important." None of the girls you have the option to eat are "necessary" to anything in the game. Will you lock yourself out of content? Yes. Eat the girls, and you can't keep them as part of your harem or choose them as a consort, so you miss scenes. You also can't sacrifice them to gain another army/force (dependent on lair) or gift them to your men to keep morale up. this is not necessary to win, but it does give you more options.
Eat certain characters (which I actually can't remember if they can be eaten or not), and you cannot father a daughter with them, which does alter how the story plays out. (Though it's not totally clear how much will get altered as that part hasn't been expanded on much yet.) But from a purely gameplay perspective, you can eat everyone and still fully play through the game and story, you'll just miss out on a lot of scenes.
The game is designed is such a way to encourage multiple playthroughs, as it simply is not possible to see everything in one playthrough. For instance, you can only choose one consort per playthrough, so you'll miss the consort scenes for every other girl you didn't choose. The game isn't terribly long though, so it never felt like a drag to play through multiple times.
Also note that you can be evil without killing everyone. You can be nice and help people and get them into your harem nicely, or you can rape them and kidnap and imprison them, to serve as your playthings.

Yeah, this is a porn game. I would HOPE TO GAWD that it doesn't have fail states and stupid stuff like that. People are here for a wank, not to beat dark souls. So the question was about missing content. Yes. And how much content exactly?
From your answer, I gather quite a bit, without it actually making your character stronger in some way to unlock other content.

This though, I like.
I played the first 3 versions of the game as they came out, back when it had stolen art (not that I cared, it was hot art, too bad it was blurred out and stuff. And I liked repeating the game and trying different paths. So that's cool.

Not exactly. I'm sorry, I forgot to mention this. Eating characters does typically boost your stats, (it's been a while but I think it mainly boosts Strength) and often gives you points in Cruelty, both of which are used at least a few times. For example, you need Strength to beat one character, so you can then add her to your harem, and Cruelty can be used to intimidate people during the final battle of Act 4, along with a couple other uses that I forget the details of.
And, if that still isn't your cup of tea, you can play in "Power Fantasy mode" which changes absolutely nothing about the story, but makes it so you never run out of resources, Morale isn't an issue, and skill checks always succeed. Thus eliminating the need to even consider eating or sacrificing characters. That leaves you free to enjoy the story and make whatever choices you want, while feeling like a badass dragon.

Is there any way to get the newest build without Steam (Germany's friggin dumb region lock) or Subscribestar (don't have a credit card)? I am too lazy for the workarounds.
I would also gladly support the devs and buy it from itch if they would enable it there, or wire them directly via Paypal

Not having a credit/debit card and region locks definitely limits your options. I don't think the dev has made any other forms of payment available but if I were you I'd join the discord and see if you can DM the dev directly to try and work something out.Just finished playing my second playthrough.
